When the local store did not have sufficient stock of bathroom tile, I placed an online order thinking that the process would be painless and that I could pick the tiles up in about seven days.

24 days later, I still don’t have my tiles and despite repeated phone calls to the store, and two trips in person, no one can tell me my order status.

Looking forward to Home Depot.

The lumber yard is atrocious and so disorganized. Signs were pushed all over the place different sized items placed in front and behind one another. To get someone from the yard to help was ridiculous. Standing around and bull*** instead of helping customers
In store maybe your customer service agents need more training on what's being sold and learn some customer service etiquette. Hopefully home depot will be better

Alicia at the lumber desk is the worst. Spent a half hour in line for an item that said they had 60 in stock, of which I needed 1. Instead of ringing me in so I can go to the yard and get it I was forced to go to the yard and find it then come back and wait another full half hour in line. I asked to just pay, but she didn't want to risk having be inconvenienced with a return, my guaranteed half hour wait was less important that her very small potential 5 minute inconvenience. I've been getting supplies elsewhere since, but I did have to do a return today for surplus materials I bought during my previous trip. I didn't have a receipt because the yard guys gave me the wrong one that day, for materials I didn't purchase. The yard guys said no problem they can look it up at the desk. You guessed it, Alicia was at the desk again. She looked at me and said "it's too hard, I'll have to give you a credit" even though I had a receipt from that day so she knew the date and time I was there.

Home hardware is now my go too. Better service, lower cost and best of all, NO ALICIA.

I purchased a steel Gazabo May 2025 for delivery and installed from the Fort McMurray location at the appliance counter in store. The ladies I dealt with went above and beyond. I received excellent customer service. The installation and delivery was right on schedule with very professional service. It was outstanding service all around. Rona keep up the good work.

This is, by far, the worst building supplies store i have ever been to. The people in the yard have no idea what's going on. Apparently, as a customer, you are also a worker as you have to retrieve everything yourself. Half the time, they sell you everything in store, then don't have what you need in stock.

Terrible experience on every occasion. The home depot in Gregory can not come soon enough.

I want to buy paint. I was greeted by an employee called Ron. Omg the service was excellent. It was hard to find the exact color I wanted cause I have the color on my phone. He took the time to show me various colors on the computer, took the time to explain to me all the difference between the color base. Overall the best place to go if you're not familiar with painting. Service very above expectations

Its a Rona, what's there not to like about it, except that prices could be a bit more competitive. Usually on the pricier side compared to cdn tire. For this location, staff has always been helpful and kind. Variety of great products in summer n spring for yard n home.

It's a great store if you know what you need, where to find it in the store, and the only assistance you need is to take your money.

I needed a deadbolt that was on the ONE shelf with locks on it. No one in sight to assist. Within eyesight of cash but no one noticed. Had someone paged and no one showed in 10 minutes.
