Facility, Staff, and Services are great!
Long wait and lineup is usual during summer and peak hours.
Negative reviews blame management, unfortunately it’s not the owner, management or staff fault. Shortage of applicants that possess strong stamina and exceptional work ethics only people can stay and do the right job there.
Stop whining and blaming.
Please give these hard workers appreciation.

Great facility but doesn’t matter what time of day I go here there is always a line up of 10+ people and only 3 worker/sorts/ maximum.

it’s a good place to bring bottles but who wants to wait two and a half hours just to get your bottles sorted. Some people are actually poor that need to be here daily and everyone who wants to make a quick buck and don’t need money take advantage of not only those peoples time but their own. As for the workers they are non existing and are often goofing around in the back. Sad we don’t have a fast effective place to bring our bottles as they don’t take other peoples time into consideration

Only 2 working. Gentlemen told me they’ve been here 2 hours. Friendly service but waiting to long. Pay your workers more people might come work for you!

Personal inside working are lovely. However waited outside for 60 minutes and they do not have separate lines for large companies such as Mr. Liquor and regular household users.

This is more associated with poor management than workers.

10 Tills ...... 9 people in line all with 10+bags...... only 2 Clerks on the Tills. This place started really great but like everything in Fort Mcmurray ends up sliding downhill really fast. Expect at least a 1 hour wait if the Lineup is fully of trollys and there’s 2 tolls open

BEWARE.
Won't ever go back to this place.
They do not properly count ever.
If you are fundraising or donating please don't go there. We brought in 30 big bags, think over 200 close to 250+ dollars. We received $170. When brought to their attention I got a thumbs up.
Never again will I go there.

4.5 Stars, Fast Fast!!These guys are always working hard and singing away. Only complaint is that there is only 5 big blue bins, a few more even shopping carts would make things a bit more easier.

Hey Bottle depot. Why don't you open earlier? People come and wait in line for hours starting at 6:00 am. I seen people wait in line and just give up and put their hard earned dollars in the donation bin through frustration of wasting time. Why do people in the commercial trucks/bottle drives get a priority lineup and don't have to wait? Their time is somehow more important than mine?
