Nathan and Fred were absolutely fantastic and very polite. I placed a ticket with my rental company at 6:30, Fred was here by 9:30 to help!
They spent the day here getting our pipes unfrozen and working with us to make sure we had a solid stream of water before leaving for the night.
They’ll be coming back to get our heat tracing in working order once again.
Would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs help.

Nathan Thompson did a job for us and I have to say it was a pleasure to work with him and his team. Nathan followed up with me on a daily basis and made sure I was satisfied with all the work being done. He would Inform me each step of the way on the job they were doing and update me on the progress. If I had any concerns, I reached out to him and he contacted me almost immediately.His customer service is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone to do a job.

My recent experience with HVAC solutions was nothing short of incredible. I dealt with both their plumbing and AC departments and I am beyond satisfied with the Completion of my requests. They were very detailed with both their hands on work and communicating the Diagnosis of the issues. Management reached out to me after the work was complete to make sure I was 100% satisfied and if there was anything else I would need.

It's been 2 yrs and my brand new ac unit still doesn't work right. I've had them come multiple times to try and fix it. I've called them recently to book an appointment..they canceled a few days later and said someone would get back to me to reschedule. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. Don't waste your time with these guys.

HVAC Solutions are a bunch of con artists, their technician quoted me around $2K to have my hot water tank replaced, I said it was fair considering other companies in Fort McMurray were quoting over the phone around the same price. I asked him if he could look at a running toilet and he said it was an easy fix and he would not charge me time for a ten minute job, just the cost of the part...sounds great. The following week my bill arrives and I am astounded to see it has come to $4K!!!! This is not the last you have heard from me HVAC Solutions!!
