Jaxon from Heartland did a great job fixing our AC! He came over quickly, went out of his way to get the part we needed, and even stayed late to make sure the job got done. He also followed up the next day to check that everything was still running well, which we appreciated. We'd definitely recommend him to others in the Fort Sask/Edmonton area.

Our furnace stopped pumping out heat overnight and thankfully it wasn’t -30 outside. We called Heartland Plumbing and Heating and within an hour Evan arrived and determined the inducer motor died. He and his team quickly sourced a replacement and provided a quote on the spot. He drove across Edmonton to get the new one and within an hour of returning the furnace was back in business! We can’t thank them enough for their promptness, professionalism, and recommendations on filters. He even provided the correct replacement and where to get them in the future. Hopefully no more issues anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely go back to them again. Great job to all. Very much appreciated!

Jaxon was personal, professional, very helpful, and invested in ensuring we got hot water back to our home. He fixed and replaced some leaking hot water pipes then three days later he coached me through replacing a sensor after I reached back out to him for a different problem. I will definitely be calling him again, if needed.

Wow what a worldwind the past 4 days have been! Jaxon did everything in his power to get my furnace working after it was neglected for years from the previous house owners. Very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He gave me an excellent quote for a new furnace and along with Evan and Jordan had it installed and running perfect within a day. Mike has saved me from extensive water damage in my basement twice. Once with a hot water tank and yesterday with a leak in my main water valve line. I cannot thank him enough.
