James and Jordan were very efficient and got the job done quickly. Their pricing is done by load, and is pretty well priced as considering that they have a huge loading truck. We made use of their services twice during this stressful Corona period and we happily recommend their services to everyone! James and his partner were on time, friendly, professional, considerate, hardworking and went above and beyond each time. While cleaning out our junk-filled garage they even swept the area for us, just as a courtesy. Which meant the world to me considering how tired I was that week! Not a single complaint. I was impressed, and I tend not to be easily impressed.

We needed help for our parents to clear out the mess of the yard combined with all the unwanted junk my dad has been collecting for 20+ years, the guys at Iconic took care of the clean up, and helped ease my dads stress of getting rid of his "possessions" which were just garbage. the Iconic team not only made my parents place clean for our kids to play, but made a new friend in the process with my dad!
