We used City Law Offices for the purchase and sale of our new and old house and they made it exceptionally smooth! We had a bad experience with the initial purchase of our old house with a different law firm so were wary going into this process. However those worries were unwarranted as it could not have been easier. They were extremely efficient, communicative, and lovely to deal with. Recommend them to anyone!

Paid for incorporation package, still waiting nearly 2 years later for share certificate despite multiple requests.

Be very very careful with this attorney.

Be very clear on what you want him to do and where to draw the line.

He will do things where you don't want him to or you could be doing it yourself (without asking permission ) and charge you for it.

Watch the billing as well , there are a lot of non core services over and above estate charges.

The cost for him to provide a service was easily taken to excess of the core costs of 2250 for the first 150,000 and 1% therafter.

I now have to take the matter to court of Kings bench for review.

According to his own calculations we have overpaid him and he's trying to send an invoice to us for an overpayment we made to his office .

This is not something anyone wants to deal with after going through a death in the family and having to deal with the estate as well.

I had to let him go at the end and the job wasn't even complete.

This attorney will take advantage of a situation if there is a big estate and if He feels he can get away with it.

He ended up owing us money by his own calculations and tried to bill us the difference..

A big costly headache.
