Got ripped off hard here. Filled my empty 15-gallon tank for $47—fine, about $3.07/gallon. But then filling from half-full (7-8 gallons) cost me $50—way more than double what it should be. Tested another station: half a tank was $25, right in line with normal prices. This place is either skimming with a rigged pump or jacking up rates mid-fill. No receipt to prove it, but the math doesn’t lie. Steer clear unless you like overpaying.

I unfortunately forget their names but a blonde hair guy and a black haired girl where incredibly lovely to me. Wonderful customer service. I purposely go there cause of these 2 lovely people

We had to wait 25 minutes in 25 degrees for someone to assist a gentleman at the car wash as one of the employees was 'on a break'. It took all of 3 seconds to get the code punched in and things moving again. Really? You couldn't be bothered to take 30 seconds out of your break to help? I must say, this is the second time this location has offered less than adequate customer service. Time to go elsewhere

just used car wash, super disappointing. bugs and bird poop still on after wash and I I applied the presoak bug spray. This car had been detailed a week prior. The bugs were not old and baked on. purchased the wash EXT.

All good except cleanliness, the washrooms have not had a good clean in a very long time and I believe the store front should swept atleast twice a shift and a mop at the end of each shift. That appears to not be happening here.

I am in this store fueling at least every other day and the bathroom sink has had the same appearance for at least the last two weeks.

CO-OP is my preferred place to deal and the staff is pretty good, although I think they need to step up the service a bit. I have witnessed on several occasions elderly folks getting propane filled and then set beside their vehicle when, for the ease of customers, they should be lifted in to their vehicle for them.

If it is a company policy that staff do not put propane bottles into vehicles, it should be reviewed so that staff is at least asking the customer wants the full bottles lifted into their vehicle.

I do not see me taking my business anywhere else, but I would prefer not to see bathrooms and floors that are just given a cursory wipe and that staff ask, and offer, customers if they would like the bottle of propane lifted into their vehicle.

Sorry for the length, but I feel these are mandatory in a full service station.

The pump had an unfortunate glitch of not printing my receipt... BUT I just wanted to say that although crap happened... I want to commend Trey for single handedly handling the customer line up like a boss while juggling trouble shooting the missing receipt. And Jake for eventually getting a copy of my lost receipt printed for me. They were both really apologetic and helpful. Thanks for putting in the effort to make it happen guys. I have had previous places just say they can't find it and shrug so I appreciate that they didn't just write me off like that.

The car wash appeared to be closed, but there was no signage indicating that it was not in operation or the chain (7:45 pm Monday)
I entered my car wash code and noticed the green arrow only blinked once, leading me to believe there was an issue with the code. However, an employee approached me and asked how I got there as the car wash was closed. I explained that there was no signage indicating it was closed, but the employee's behavior made it seem like I was responsible for removing the signage and entering the bay.
I had to back up my car all the way. I'm not sure if I can use the code again. The employee said I can, but I'll have to wait and see.
