Canuck installed a furnace package including furnace, humidifier, condensate pump, electronic air filter and new wifi thermostat. First off, the furnace was undersized when we advised that past furnaces needed to be a certain size. Then it needed to be replaced with a larger unit. Several times, Gord, the owner, promised us a 'turn-over package' that would include all manuals and any other pertinent information. We have made multiple requests in person, writing, text with absolutely no response or manuals being provided. We now regret ever using Canuck because if this is their form of customer service after the fact, we would sure not like to get into a service situation with them. We do not recommend using Canuck Plumbing and Heating.

The plumber was very pleasant, efficient, did a great job and tested all to ensure it worked properly. Very impressed with the plumber. The service was very prompt and within tight timelines for my work schedule. Very impressed with the customer service.

The bill was a bit more than I expected, but I have a hard time reconciling today's pricing on everything.

This is by far the nicest, kindest and professional company a person can find!!! They came in and my new hot water tank was expertly installed. They answered all my questions and they even CLEANED up any mess made. I can not say enough kind words about this business. Their prices aren’t inflated like some of the bigger well known companies. I was nervous how Canuck would compare but I did NOT have to worry about anything!!! They also do all plumbing, furnaces and air conditioning. STRONGLY RECOMMEND this company for any of these needs. No hidden fees - just honest and considerate guys who WILL do the exact same job(even better) than all larger companies. Don’t hesitate one minute!! I called Canuck for a last minute plumbing job. They were completely booked up for the day but I was able to schedule an after hours visit the same day and as I had no water in my house I immediately accepted. Dwayne showed up for the service call and he was early so I was charged a regular rate and not an after hours rate. He was very friendly, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Canuck and I’ll definitely be calling them in the future should I need anything!

Canuck delivered replacement furnace filters right to my door the same day! Awesome service, thank you very much.
A couple years ago they replaced our old furnace and hot water tank and upgraded to include a well overdue AC system (don't know why went so long without it). Excellent install. Duct cleaning as well. Their techs are always fantastic to deal with.

I was really happy with the work done by the two employees from Canuck Heating. I needed some minor retrofits done to my furnace and they got the job done thoroughly and quickly and made sure they cleaned up well when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.
