This is this best dealership we have ever dealt with hands down! I absolutely hate it when we need to change a vehicle, I dread the pressure, hassle, and nonsense that comes with it but heartland specifically Charlie in sales has changed my mind. There was zero pressure, no nonsense, we were able to look around and test drive the 2 trucks we wanted to compare, get the information we needed all while actually having a pleasant experience and chatting about lots of other topics! Charlie was lovely to deal with, he got us a fair price for our trade in & was with us from beginning to end. Ryan in finance was also very friendly and easy going and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. This is genuinely the 1st positive vehicle buying experience we’ve had in over 10 years and we appreciate your family values and transparency so much!

Recently completed a trade in for a f150. The whole experience was great! Daniel was great to deal with over the phone and super helpful, even getting walk around videos for different trucks for me. I ended buying sight unseen due to trusting Daniel. The whole process was smooth and the truck was as described to me. After taking ownership I noticed the truck was missing a couple of the rubber and plastic storage pieces. I mentioned this to Daniel and recieved replacements the VERY NEXT DAY. I tell you, this is service. Future vehicles will be purchased here. Thanks Daniel!

I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from Heartland Ford in Fort Saskatchewan and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced.

From the start, the process felt frustrating—they began by showing me vehicles I had no interest in, despite me being clear about what I was looking for. Eventually, I was shown a Chevy Blazer that I really liked and was excited to move forward with. We went through the paperwork, and they began trying to get me financed.

However, after that point, communication completely broke down. I never received a follow-up the next day, so I reached out. They told me they needed my pay stubs and said they’d email me—but I never got the email. When I called back hours later, I learned they had entered the wrong email address. After correcting it, the finance person responded with an attitude, implying he was doing me a favour by even trying to get me approved. That tone was unacceptable, especially considering I was the one trying to make a purchase.

When I asked to speak to a manager about the situation, I was told flat-out that if I didn’t want to wait, I could take my business elsewhere and they’d just return my deposit. I wasn’t even asking for anything unreasonable—just clarification and respectful communication. I needed a vehicle and felt completely dismissed and unimportant as a customer.

To make things even worse, the owner somehow contacted my employer about the situation. That felt wildly inappropriate and unprofessional that’s totally not cool that the owner would contact the owner of my job and be leaving them google reviews because I didn’t want to buy a vehicle from you. I left a review based on my experience. Shows the value of what an owner is willing to do like were you trying to get me fired. I find it very unethical to be doing this

I truly regret ever considering Heartland Ford. This experience left a sour taste, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Upon the recommendation of a coworker that is a Heartland Ford customer, I went out to the dealership today to discuss the purchase of a new vehicle, and was absolutely floored by the incredible customer service, no nonsense offer presented, and attention to detail.

Long story short, I left the dealership as the owner of a brand new F150 following an entirely pleasant experience, and have nothing but positive vibes and gratitude towards Sales Manager Paul, Sales Rep Isaac, and Finance Manager Jeremy.

This was an entirely refreshing dealership experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Heartland Ford if you are in the market for a new vehicle and want to walk away as a happy customer not doubting the deal you are offered.

I spent weeks searching other dealerships around Edmonton and the surrounding area, and not one other dealership was as welcoming and transparent about the entire process as Heartland Ford.

Painless experience dealing with the Heartland Ford team. Went there wanting to test drive a couple of trucks, charlie got the trucks ready straight away and out on the test drive we went.
Decided on the truck I wanted and completed the sale with zero pressures from the team, no hard sells just open honest conversations, which is a nice change from a lot of dealerships that you visit.
If looking for a Ford I would highly recommend a visit to the team at Heartland. 5*

If you are looking for honest, trustworthy and stand up guys then this is the place you want to go. They did everything and I mean everything to get me into the truck I wanted. Dave in sales wasn't pushy and was very accommodating when showing the truck. Ryan in finance worked his butt off to get the best numbers possible put together and I was very happy with the outcome. After everything was signed and I was on my way home I had a mechanical issue and it wasn't a small one. Keep in mind I bought a used truck with no warranty but I'm telling ya Paul might be the heart in heartland because that man stood behind me and made sure i was taken care of with the least downtime possible. Seriously, if you want to buy, i wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. These guys are that good! Thanks for everything fellas!
