We had an appointment for our son with Nicole… I left feeling extremely invalided and stupid for even opening up about what our family is going through. She seemed to have very little compassion, and overall very monotone. When you work with families especially surrounding the topical of mental health, you need to be more inviting, and provide a safe and “warm” environment. What a waste of time…

They seemed like they wanted to help until they didn't. I called for a prescription renewal and after 2 days got a call from the pharmacy saying Dr. Was no longer working with My child and I would need to go to a walk in or family doctor to renew

Add to the fact they prescribe medications meant for occasional use as an everyday solution.

Very poor service . They give you designated time, but you still have to wait up to an hour to be seen. It seems like so many staff working in there but they all just fiddling around, idling walking back and forth without being efficient. Very disappointed.
