They are very rude. Worst encounter ever in my life. The receptionist was rude even, the doctor was rude. I explained my problem and in reply the doctor said you have so many problems. He said I didn’t know you came with so many problems, this is a walk in clinic. In reality I just shared 1 concern. If he doesn’t like to listen, he shouldn’t have asked me what’s my concern about.

I know the health care system is crazy right now. I know the after hours clinic isn’t open till 5pm. I got here early, didn’t know where to line up, I came dressed warm I knew it was going to be outside. I peaked my head inside I politely asked the lady where to line up and in the most BITCHIEST voice I have ever heard she said “outside god you people”

Today was my first experience at a walk in clinic. I picked this clinic because it had Saturday hours. I have read a lot of reviews at a lot of clinics. I would like to say that I had a really positive experience. The lady at reception was very nice. There is a good check in protocol in place. If you have cold symptoms you are on one side of the room masked. If not, it's the other side of the room. I appreciated that. The intake nurse was also very nice. I saw a nurse practitioner, Olivia I think. I only needed to have prescriptions renewed. It was a great visit. I was there about 2 hours.
Thank you for a good experience today.

So we’ve had the misfortune of dealing with these guys twice. The first time, (at junction point) last week, the receptionist was so rude! Got upset we didn’t have an appointment even though their building says walk-in on it. Maybe instead of getting mad just let us know when walk in times are or ask if we’d like to make an appointment.

The second time, today, he called to make an appointment, no answer, not even busy just no answer. So he went to the clinic (different location grande banks this time) again they were rude about not having an appointment. Again, no offer was made to make one. He couldn’t find a time saying when walk-ins were available before he went in and the receptionist was really rude when telling him when they were.

So good news, if you want to go to a bunch of clinics that have zero customer service skills, this is the one for you!

Waited 5 hours just to get in, stressed my problem is time sensitive and painful. Been waiting half a month for an email I need for an immediate problem that I still haven’t gotten. In my case I should just deal with it myself and make it the hospital’s problem. Not my first doctors trip for the same problem either. Any doctor could of taken the 2 minutes to help me but no wanted to talk about it for 10 minutes

Went to the clinic for a referral for my son, a whole year went by and I found out they never received it. I called the clinic to inquire about why the referral was never sent, I was told to leave a msg with Bonnie… when she called me back she had no answer as to why it never got done… I told her it was frustrating that so much time has passed, her reply was that it was frustrating for her to have to look it up… ARE YOU KIDDING? Frustrating for you to have to look up why a doctor didn’t do their job for something a child NEEDS? This has zero impact on your life, like it does ours…. Learn how to have some compassion, after all you’re working health care and getting paid to do your darn job!
