I had my very first physio appointment yesterday and I wasn't really sure what to expect... I was blown away at the outstanding treatment and professional service I recieved. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The entire office was very clean and had a nice, calming atmosphere.

My results: I walked in a bit hunched over and walked out standing straight up. I regret having waited so long. I give this team five out of five stars for sure. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you to the entire team at Junction Point Physiotherapy!!

Overall experience was very good in getting some ROM back post surgery for me. Had Nikita who gets 5 stars. Husband came in for some dry needling on his neck and is very happy with the results. The front end staff are so friendly and welcoming. We will not hesitate in coming back again.

I’ve had chronic back issues for about 10 years. I started out going to numerous different physiotherapists/chiropractors I was unable to find any relief. The first time I saw Pugi he made a huge difference after the first visit. He is the only person I will see and will recommend him to anyone.

My physiotherapist was rhavi. Not sure if thats spelled correctly or not. I came to him with an elbow issue and i believe he made the correct diagnoses that my shoulder injury from a while back had me overcompensating with my elbow and bicep during certain work movements. He asked me if ide heard of dry needling, which i had. He then recommended me some exercises that ide already done forr three months without significant improvement at another physio and assumed we would proceed with only the dry needling. I asked if hed wanted to do any hands on work and he said that in his experience dry needling had worked best. Dry needling, in my opinion, isnt researched enough for a physio to utilise solely and for him not even to mention the hands on alternative seems pretty lazy. It became obvious why he didnt want to do the hands on treatment when i insisted against dry needling. He began working on my shoulder, rolling over and catching on muscle fibres, essentially jabbing at them erratically rather than in a slow and controlled manner. He rushed through muscle groups using extremely uneven pressure, often seeming as though he was just moving the surface of my skin all the way to feeling as though he was actually giving hits to sections of my back. Finally, when he was done, he extended my arm overhead and asked me how that felt. He had not performed a pre evaluation on the limits to my movement or any strain i might experience, so it seemed odd that he was now trying to compare my mobility with no point of reference for where it had been prior. Ive been to many physios and rhavi definitely did not seem to know what he was doing. Every physio should be able to do hands on work and its pretty clear rhavi prefers to let dry needling do the work for him

I've been seeing Pugi, Jody and staff for many years for various reasons, and have always had great experiences with Pugi and co. Pugi and Nica, whom I've had work on me before - were awesome with their work, advice, and general attitude! The entire staff always makes it a great experience to come in and get physio - almost like visiting friends or family after a while, each time!

My experience with Junction Point was great. My knee kept giving out and with a sharp pain when I’d walk. The therapist was able to diagnose the problem and treated it effectively. The difference was immediate noticeable and I appreciate that the therapist gave me exercises to help prevent future problems.
