The worst family dr i had. Dr. Google i called him because he would literally sit there and google your symptoms. Then push pain pills. No HUMANITY left in this dr. Which is too bad because he could have been great.

It would be nice if this family doctor was ever actually in the office. Numerous times this past six months we have tried to get appointments for my husbands serious medical issues but out of the four times we’ve made appointments, all four have taken 3-6 weeks to get and of those two were cancelled last minute, I mean like on the way to the office. If you are patient in need of regular care I would suggest finding a family physician that spends more time at his practice. I know we are currently in search of one...

No issues with my doctor, however the front staff can not find the time of day to answer the phone. It’s absolutely useless trying to book an appointment over the phone, considering they never answer it. And its clear they are not too busy to answer it; I went in to book an appointment and there was only one patient in the waiting area and the receptionist was not on the phone. If you want to keep business, take care of your customers.

They never add your info to the computer right so they could be calling someone else with your test results too so make sure you ask them what info they added cause they can't read it and put it into the computer right. The doctors are good but the rest of the staff is a nightmare to deal with and will only help you get in if you bring them coffee or chocolates .

I did not appreciate his approach to my condition it was unprofessional and unsafe. And effected my life negatively, where I had to out of town to see another doctor to prove my condition otherwise. I wish I sued each day since.
