Dr. Alysha Hergott was amazing with me for my first ever chiro experience. 5-6 years of lower back pain is melting away, even with a second adjustment we had a lot of improvement. I will definitely be keeping up with monthly maintenance appointments with her, the entire clinic has been a wholesome experience. I have never felt this much relief before that it's shocking. I can pull off 8 hour shifts with my physical job now and not be in tears by the end of the day. I 100% recommend this clinic, especially Alysha.

I have only had one appointment at Northwest Wellness Centre with Dr. Jen so far but it was the best treatment I have ever received from a practitioner. I suffer from residual facial paralysis after an illness and decided to try acupuncture and other alternative treatments as a last resort for recovery. I truly wish I would have started my journey here sooner. After one session I could feel flickers of nerve activation in my face for the first time in 8 years. This is the first time I have felt hopeful about recovery after my illness, I am beyond grateful for this clinic and I will absolutely be booking here again and look forward to future treatments.

Northwest Wellness Is amazing start to finish. From the super friendly, efficient support staff to all the practitioners that I have used. I’ve been going for years for Massage, Accupuncture, chiropractic and always had above and beyond treatment. I read some negative comments on time management that I feel are unfair. On occasion I’ve had some wait time-but because I know their quality of care-I understand. I know there have been times I’ve been suffering and they’ve given me some extra help and support on those occasions-which may have put them behind in schedule. But I believe we’d all prefer this to being told “sorry times up-out you go” I believe they make every effort to stay on track and ask people to communicate any time restraints up front as well as give each client the care they need. Quite the juggling act and I believe they do it well. I would never go anywhere else.

Went to have an adjustment with an appointment. Sat in the room for 30 minutes and no sign of anyone. So I got up and left… told the front desk ladies that I sat in the room for 30 minutes, and no cares were given. So after I left, I kinda thought I would get an apology phone call or something, but nothing… I would not recommend this place to anyone

Every person I've seen at the centre has been amazing. They have so many techniques and are there to help you, not just crack your back and get you out the door. The massage therapists are 1st class and everyone is so nice. If your lucky enough to talk to the hard working office manager you'll be leaving with a smile. This is my go to place for health care

The chiropractor here is very good at her job! After just a couple sessions, she managed to fix me up and make sure my pain wasn't getting any worse. Everytime I left, I felt better than when I walked in. The offer a lot of services at their location.
