The clinic was on time for my appt and had me out of the clinic in a reasonable amount of time. My dental hygienist, Shelley, was amazing! Best I have ever had! Her attention to detail and ability to educate in a non judgmental fashion made my experience enjoyable. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. It obvious that she stays current on your education. The front end staff are also friendly and efficient at check in and time of payment. Very good experience!

My last appointment at Gateway Dentistry Group was a great experience. I received great care from Dr. Wesley Chan and his team. The dentist explained everything clearly, and the procedure was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail. Thank you for the excellent care !

Prone to scamming, The receptionist looked over my coverage and quoted me with a 70$ fee I said okay sounds good, after waiting 45 minutes I did get my teeth cleaned but after I went up to pay the 70$ only to be told: yeah after closer inspection your insurance dosent cover cleaning that will be 507$! They tell me after the fact so I have to pay them otherwise it looks like I am dine and dashing. So brutal there goes my monthly rent, So my advice is to triple check your own insurance because they will just tell you everything is fine even though its not. Could not be more unsatisfied I really feel betrayed and taken advantage of. Like they straight up lied about how expensive my visit would be and they only tell me after its all said and done so it looks like I am the one at fault. Cannot recomend this dentist to anyone

Part 2 Follow up to the cool cat review, I got a 50% refund, its nice but when youre promised 0$ or 70$ if you get the optional polish I am still scammed out 250$, I appretiate the gesture, better to be robbed 250$ instead of 500$. The learning from this endeavour is to triple check your own paperwork and learn the ins and out of how your insurance coverage works because this is not the bank or the CRA the people are not going to walk you through the process they will just say its all good until its too late and now its my fault for being too trusting.

The staff have all been very pleasant, the dentist and dental assistant were very conscientious in their treatment, very informative and very patient -focused; what my needs and wants are concerning keeping my teeth for as long as possible.
I would highly recommend!!!✨✨

I couldn't be more appreciative of how all the staff cared for my 2 year old daughter. The receptionist, the nurses, the dentist, and the anesthetist did an excellent job working together and showing great bedside manner before and after for my slightly terrified child and for me as well as the concerned parent, having my daughter put under anaesthetic. And even the financial administrator was top notch addressing my inquiries and the results were wonderful! Couldn't be happier (despite how much dental costs, even with benefits 😬) thanks again!

I highly recommend this clinic. Our toddler just had her dental surgery. We were guided to every step, answered all our questions/concerns prior to surgery. Doctors and staff are friendly.
