One of the best doctors I have come across in a long time. So compassionate, answered any questions I had, helped me understand what was happening to me as well. I was very scared and nervous. The office staff was very nice as well.

I give 3 stars as the staff was friendly. However Dr Wong was terrible. Took my 3 year old as she struggles to breath when asleep. He spent maybe 1 minute in the room with us. Refused to watch the video evidence I had then said nothing is wrong. Come to find out after getting another opinion that he told them her one anoids is enlarged and her tonsils are too. Extremely upset that he played it off like nothing was wrong when Infact something is. He came across very rude to both me and my husband. Not impressed at all

I've seen Dr. Wong a few times now, and going forward I will be making the trip to Edmonton to see a new ENT.
He spends very little time with you in the exam room, he is very rushed, he doesn't ask a whole lot of questions, he hardly actually examines you physically, and he doesn't offer solutions. I described to him all the symptoms of a sinus infection and he told me nothing is wrong with me and shrugged. I think he is motivated by money and getting in as many people as possible a day. He performs some dermatology services even though he is an ENT. I'm really disappointed and don't feel listened to at all when I go there. The two stars are for the staff and nurses.

Dr. Wong and Dr. Chark are really amazing, and their medical specialties are really incredible. They give a lot of time and care to you in their appointments, and never make you feel rushed or unheard. In a province where medical care seems to be declining in quality, we are so lucky to have these two local ENTs in Grande Prairie.

Been here multiple times for a few different reason. Never a bad experience staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
