I’m very satisfied with the service I received at Northern Dental Centre. The reception staff were warm, pleasant, and accommodating—especially considering my appointment was booked on very short notice. They made sure to fit me in based on my availability, which I truly appreciated.

Ms. Erna, the dental assistant, was kind, caring, and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know. Dr. Rami was equally amazing—thoroughly explaining the procedure, discussing my options, and even referring me to a denturist for further care.

I highly recommend Northern Dental Centre for their professionalism, excellent patient care, and genuine concern for their clients' well-being.

I had my dental appointment today and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. I’m terribly sensitive to any kind of dental work. The dental assistant was very good with helping me get through a filling today. The dentist also was accommodating with my requests for a lot of freezing. It was pain free and that’s the best kind of dentist!

They got my little girl in on the same day for her first appointment, then her follow-up appointment I wrote down 10 am but her appointment wasn’t until 1 pm but they still managed to squeeze her in. My 7 year old went into her appointment alone to get a tooth pulled and was not scared, crying or anything. She loves this place. The staff here is AMAZING with kids! This is our new family dentist❤️

I visited Northern Dental on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of this week for X-rays, fillings, and have my denture repaired. The service was excellent. Really pleased with the work I had done. Thank You to Dr. Rami, his assistants, and the front desk assistants.

I called for an emergency and they got me in within a half hour. The staff was so friendly and amazing! My nurse was erna (I think? I had three teeth removed so my head hurt a bit trying to remember names) and she was sooooo nice and took me through the whole process. Dr. Khalil was also amazing. 1000000% recommend this office. Getting molars removed in an emergency sucks, but they made it as comfortable as possible. I don’t think I’m afraid of the dentist anymore!

Northern Dental was recommended by a work colleague, Alyssa. She said that she was very happy with their service.
I had an appointment with them at 13:30 today. I met first with Erna and then with Dr. Rami. All information was provided to me before any dental work was carried out.

Before and during the procedure Dr. Rami explained exactly what he was going to do and why.

Both Erna and Dr. Rami where very gentle, friendly and professional.
