Damaged my hot tub when moving it TWICE, the manager at the time when discussing my issues/concerns told me not to worry about moving costs TWO YEARS later he's now decided they want to be paid after causing 1600$ worth of damage to my property. Their two "moving guys" they provided did not know what they were doing, rolled my hot tub on its shell sideways through a gate, the current "manager" has made up lies in attempts to make the customers look bad. (I have videos and photos to prove this, as well as many witnesses who were there)

Run the opposite direction, purchase your hot tubs/parts literally anywhere else! Nothing but a headache, not worth your time or hard earned money!! 🚫🚫

We recently purchase a used hot tub from someone locally, originally purchased from Culligan in Grande Prairie. We thought about buying new but wanted to be sure about owning a hot tub before spending the money. When we purchased we went into Culligan for some advice on chemicals etc. We had amazing service! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful even though we didn’t purchase directly from them. We have reached out to them in two that separate occasions and the service and knowledge was outstanding. We love our purchase and will definitely be buying from them when we are ready to buy new.

A few Sundays ago we went to use our water at our farm and there was none. Bright and early Monday morning we placed a call with culligan and by 11:30 a big truck with 2 men were at our house, pulled our pump from the well, tested it to confirm it was the issue, replaced with new and were driving out of our driveway by 4pm. Very impressed, great service!
