I find the receptionists rude when you call. I was a previous patient of Dr. Bulman and on their voicemail it says they are accepting new patients for a female doctor, but every time you call they have no interest in helping you find a doctor. I live in DeWinton! Out of 8 doctors, not one is accepting new patients for a person with epilepsy, trying to get pregnant, and needing medical attention? Find it hard to believe. Based on other reviews, doesn’t seem like they care so maybe I’m dodging a bullet.

If you lucky enough to have Dr. Walters as your GP then you have one of the best!! So happy to have found her. Very thorough, listens and most importantly she does not rush. She is a blessing.

I have been a patient of Dr Kendall for the past 20 years. His knowledge and professional attitude are superior. Nicola ensures that I get the best time for my appointments and is understanding of my time constraints. The staff are welcoming and provide a relaxing experience. Definitely recommended!!

My parents, my sisters and nephews and I are under Dr. Ian Kendall’s care since we immigrated to Canada in 2001. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have him as our family doctor. He is very knowledgeable, exceptionally competent, very helpful - not to mention he’s also very funny, good looking and dresses nice. He’s done a lot for us to make sure we get the best care, treatment, etc and he even listens so empathetically that I get to be open to him about who I am. He doesn’t only care about the physical assessment, he cares about your mental health too. Not a lot of family doctors do that, in fact not very many doctors are like him. He’s one of a kind! Will definitely recommend to anybody.

Can’t say enough good things about the care I receive at this clinic! I see Dr. Lacny and she is amazing. She goes above and beyond and looks at any health concerns I have from a holistic approach and consistently follows up and is very thorough, organized and skilled.

Used to love this clinic when Dr. Cronkite was my family doctor. Dr. Gold is lovely too! But the receptionist for the new doctors are rude and inconsiderate of peoples time. They give you the wrong appointment times on the phone and then if you show up to the appointment time they tell you on the phone, they tell you too bad and they have to reschedule. People have lives. They don't give courtesy calls, or check with the doctor to see if they will take you anyways. This was simple meet and greet, btw. Aren't doctors offices supposed to be compassionate and help people instead of upsetting them? I'm sorry lady, but you don't know what conditions people have.

This clinic is wonderful ! More importantly all staff are very warm and make you feel very comfortable with any questions you have- Tracey, Dr. Kendall, and receptionist Marilyn all do a fabulous job and have a special talent at what they do. Definitely recommended 🙂

I have been with Dr. Ian Kendal since 1993. He is an exceptional physician always taking time to listen to my concerns. Quick to refer me to appropriate specialists.
