Had recovery do some work on my car. Charged 3 hours to drain my fuel and blow out my exhaust with air. Never told me why my car wouldn’t start and didn’t know the difference between farm gas and dyed diesel.Then I had a wheel almost fall off cause it wasn’t tightened after inspection. Recently had a wheel alignment done and my steering wheel is still to the side while driving straight.Told them it’s fine they can fix it next time I get something done. Well I went in to get a small 10mm broken bolt extracted and the owner Peter told me he ain’t interested in fixing it. I asked “why not?” with no explanation. I then told him instead having a bunch of unlicensed kids working in his shop he should get mechanics that way he could do mechanic work.Well he sure didn’t like that and as I mentioned his poor reviews I’ve seen online he didn’t like that even more. I told him that’s fine I’ll go elsewhere and told him to go back in his shop. Well as I was putting my 3 year old daughter in her car seat he approached my car saying”Are you telling me what to do in my yard”? As he tried to instigate a fight I buckled in my daughter and told him it’s not a good idea. He went back inside as I left. He is very rude and can never give a straight answer on repairs or pricing. Can’t tell if his rudeness is a joke or he’s seriously loosing it but definitely would recommend any other shop in town besides his. Would give less starts for this experience If I could.What a funny response from a company that’s supposed to be professional. Bad News? Your old man’s losing his mind and charging ppl journeyman rates when you are bringing children from Bolivia to work on cars. Company is a joke and so is the owners. Hear nothing but bad news about the poor quality of work these people do. Nothing but rip offs who pick the easy work that gets them the most money. Heard they charge people for car parts and don’t even change the parts. Wouldn’t recommend bringing a pedal bike here for repairs. If you want a fat repair bill and no repairs. Go to RECOVERY AUTOMOTIVE. -1 out of 5 stars.

These guys bailed us out, big time!! We arrived at their shop with what they diagnosed as a blown spark plug in our Triton V10, in our motorhome. They diagnosed it and repaired it and had us back on the road within an hour and a half. We had first taken it to another shop in town who had said they could look at it in 12 days. We highly recommend Recovery Automotive for their professionalism and knowledge and the friendliness of the entire staff.

I've had only positive experiences with Recovery Automotive LTD, they were able to sort out an issue for me which multiple other garages couldn't figure out. I've now had them do a few different jobs large and small. Fair price, friendly accommodating service, this is now my go to shop.
