I turned to Jodie and the healing journey, holistic anxiety fix, in desperation after struggling with severe anxiety and panic. I have struggled with anxiety most of my life but never in a physical sense of panic attacks, etc. After a few months of this I decided enough was enough and made the appointment. Jodie and her team have been so incredibly helpful, kind, supportive and exactly what an anxious person needs. We worked slowly through the program at a pace that was doable and not overwhelming. She was able to get to some root causes of my anxiety and some we’re still working on but my anxiety level has gone down significantly. If you’re struggling with anxiety, I HIGHLY recommend her.

After struggling with anxiety for 7 years, I had seen every type of doctor, acupuncturist, Chinese medicine doctors, muscle testers, and every other type of specialist you can think of. A lot of them taught me something that helped, but the amazing thing if Jodie seemed to have the knowledge of them all plus more. I do believe that the core of that is because she had been in my shoes. She has a wealth of knowledge because she herself had to search for answers while she struggled with anxiety. It felt good that every time I talked to her she could relate to what I was saying and never would gaslight me into thinking anything was all in my head or that maybe anxiety was just who I am and I just need therapy. She helped me treat mineral imbalances, parasites, gut bacteria and more. I love that she has a whole database of information you can access with worksheets, videos, recipes, and articles to reach. I’ve been out of the program for a year and I still find my self going on there to read more. In our weekly group meetings she makes so many helpful suggestions. Even when I was listening to other people’s stories and struggles in those meetings, I learned something helpful every single time. I do wish the meetings could have been later in the day, I missed so many due to having a day time job. Jodie is kind, knowledgeable, relatable, and she truly has a goal to be on your team and get to YOUR personal root cause. She will fight with you if you can be open and committed. I really am thankful I found her and I wish I had found her sooner in my anxiety journey because she would have saved me a lot of money in the long term and I wouldn’t have felt so alone. I’d recommend her to anything struggling with anxiety, mood issues, gut issues, or any other physical challenges that just know in their hearts that it isn’t all in your head.

I am so glad I found Healing Journey!
I can truly say that after many tireless and discouraging visits to many doctors I was able to start healing my anxiety through Jodie’s program! It’s been two years since I started and still implement many protocols from her program to maintain! I am so glad to say that I am anxiety free for the first time in my entire life! It feels AMAZING to feel like a normal person!!

I came into this program after complete nervous breakdown. I was quite literally a mess. After 12 weeks in the program not only did I get proper testing , support , and learned so much. I gained confidence that helped me set proper boundaries and realize a long term relationship I was in was a key factor in my anxiety. Not only is toxic overload a key culprit .it’s the support system or the lack thereof. I have used a lot of the tools long after the program ended. Another benefit is you can continue getting tested through Jodie. I really appreciate the support and I still have minimal anxiety but it doesn’t affect my life like it used to. I continue taking the supplements and work hard at living my best life.

Jodie is very knowledgeable about health, root causes to disorders & weird symptoms, and how to heal. I wish they taught what she knows in medical school. We would have a healthier world if they did. Less cancer, less autoimmune diseases, etc. Jodie was always right about everything she predicted, once we got test results back. Her guidance and teachings are spot on. I have so much respect and appreciation for this lady and the services she offers!! Angela
