Went out of their way to help me get my walker and commode. Was easy to have my order taken. Very helpful and responsive everytime I got intouch with them. First of all I must say the customer service is outstanding, this review is pertaining only to my most recent purchase and my product experience. Although I have been using Bio Freeze gel for several years; this was my first time purchasing in the roll on form. I thought it would be easier to apply myself and it is to a certain extent. However, I find this form to not be as effective, for my needs, and will not purchase roll on again.

I needed some supplies last minute and was surprised by how friendly and quick the service was. The associate also helped me load heavy boxes into my car which was much appreciated. The medical supply store I normally go to never helps me with loading so WellnessMed Supply definitely deserves recognition for that. While I was there I ended up stocking up on more supplies that I needed because the pricing is also very fair and reasonable. I was searching for an item that happened to be in stock at WellnessMed Supply. I had never purchased from them before but went ahead with the purchase. Later that same day, I received a shipping notification and at that time I realized I purchased the wrong size. I called them and explained. They immediately cancelled my first order and provided a refund. They then said if I order the correct size right away it will ship out that day still. I did this and received it the next day. A+ for service! Highly recommend.
