I had a facial several years ago with Lina and also had my hair styled and colored. I was thrilled with both services. Being a woman of color the latter is always a challenge. My daughter who has a ton of hair also loved her styling and though we now live very far from Lina’s salon, we hope to visit her this summer.

I look forward to having some more advanced facial treatments with Lina very soon. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring - she knows her craft and is honest in her dealings with clients, only recommending what you really need.

I trust her implicitly and she’s just a lovely, energetic being. I highly recommend her services to friends and relatives.

I’m very new to skincare since I haven’t had the time to do any self care for a long time due to being the primary caregiver of my elderly father. After calling a few places that I wasn’t too impressed with, I finally found Lina Diminno of Med Spa. During our initial telephone conversation Lina took me through all the steps and explained the process to me about each of her services. After such an amazing conversation with her I booked appointments for Microdermabrasion, Laser Hair Removal and Laser Skin Therapy.
Her treatment room/space is very clean, beautiful and relaxing. Lina was very pleasant, professional and punctual. Her energy and demeanour put me at ease immediately and she made the experience so relaxing and comfortable especially knowing I was new to skin care. She was very thorough and skilled at what she does and I left there feeling like myself again. Her world class services are second to none. I can honestly say I have now found the perfect fit for all my skin care needs and I have already booked more treatments with her.

We had a great experience dealing with Lina. Our 8 year son had developed a wart on his lip in September. Trying to have it taken care of by doctors was disappointing to say the least, 4.5 months wait to see a specialist. Our son was very embarrassed, especially going to school.

Thankfully, we found Lina online. My wife made an appointment and within a week Lina was able to treat our son. The treatment was quick and her bedside manner was second to none, she had our son very comfortable.

I write this one week after our appointment, the wart is gone and there is no scarring or any sign of it ever being there. This treatment works.

My daughter's second visit to Lina turned out to be traumatic. Lina had previously done a wart removal on her foot, which went well. This time around, my daughter had developed numerous small warts on her finger and hand. Lina decided to remove them all at once, which turned out to be WAY too much for her finger. The result was awful...ever-growing blistering of gigantic proportion...intense pain...a visit to our doctor which resulted in being told to go straight to the ER, where they had to use a surgical kit to cut the blister off. The recovery was weeks...my daughter was unable to swim and was unable to participate in all of her camp activities. Her fingers are still scarred today - two months afterwards. We are now seeing a dermatologist who is monitoring her finger.
At first, Lina was responsive on text and phone call. She never once offered a refund; I had to ask for one, which she agreed to over text. Then she vanished; stopped answering my texts/phone calls. If Lina had just responded to me and provided me with the refund, I would not have posted this review. However, given her extreme unprofessionalism, and this truly traumatic experience, I feel I have no choice; no other children should have to experience this. You can see from the photos attached what happened, although it got even worse than this...these photos were from day one; it continually worsened/grew - I just don't have photos of that.
