LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! I’ve come to see Hanna a few times now! Today I came in for microneedling and I cannot recommend Hanna enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Her professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched.
Hanna took the time to thoroughly explain every step, ensuring I knew what to expect and making sure I was completely at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Her technique is so gentle yet effective--I barely felt a thing during the treatment!

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about Spa Tru! From the moment I walked in, the greeting staff at the front desk made me feel welcome and valued. The hair removal technicians were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure and ensuring that my experience was as pleasant as possible.

I had a disappointing experience with another company, Ideal Image, which sold me an expensive hair removal package only to close their doors within a week. I was left feeling frustrated and let down. However, Spa Tru went above and beyond to rectify that situation, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction and the integrity of their industry.

Thank you for the great service I had Nov 29, I was supposed to have treatment in the Langley location but was asked to switch to this location due to the Esthetician availability, and was so grateful to meet Hannah! Both girls welcomed me & were patient with me; Hannah listened to me & offered a more appropriate service to meet my skincare needs, she explained thoroughly for my understanding, & provided expert treatment with confidence, and left me feeling great!
