I was in the hospital for a week after open heart surgery to remove a tumor in my heart. I tried and tried to get a hospital bed delivered before I was discharged. I called the Red Cross, Lawtons and a few other places but each had a wait list. I needed an electric bariatric bed because of the sternum precautions required post surgery for 8 weeks.
On the last day before my discharge, I contacted Gabe at Star Medical Beds. I told him what I needed and he said he could help. He is very knowledgable and flexible.
There was a snowstorm on the day I was leaving the hospital but he showed up, installed the bed before I got home. I was so relieved that I cried and thanked him for his commitment to his customers.

I could go on but suffice it to know that if anyone asks where they can get a medical bed, I will ALWAYS recommend Gabe.

Needed a wheelchair on short notice to take my mom to an appointment. Lawtons didn't have anything available to rent and called Star medical after hours just on a whim. Gabe came through and got a chair to me asap. Amazing service! This is someone who cares about the people he serves.

I needed a bed right away. Gabe was very caring and professional and able to provide me with everything I needed including an over-the-bed table and sheets for the bed. We got the bed that day and he was even flexible with time of delivery. Gabe was very professional. He wore a mask and gloves and sanitized the bed and it's components and matress several times during it's assembly. He was very efficient and courteous. He took us through everything and made sure we were comfortable before he left. My mother said the bed was very comfortable and the adjustable positions really aided in her recovery. The bed was delivered for my mother and setup the same day as we had called to order it. They offered us a wide range of services that has made things much easier to care for our mother.
