The young guy we had out to are house was amazing. We been down basically from feb and another guy told us he had fixed it but that wasn't the case .it went dow two weeks later .I got tired of waiting and called antigonish hvac solutions in late may because i was running electric heat from feb and told him what was going on with the other technician not coming out because of another job he was doing and that he wouldn't return are calls . Anyway this guy came out and went over the whole unit finding bare wires in the outside unit and fixed what the other guy messed up and even wires where not in the right places on the main thermostat board and one wire not even attached. So antigonish
solutions sent this young guy out in 2 days and not months to fix it .he had are unit up and working that same day . He was thorough and listened to me . I would have these guys out again in a heart beat and I didn't have to wait a month and half to fix the problem . Thankyou for fixing my goodman heatpump .awsome job guys

We had the best experience dealing with Shawn at Antigonish HVAC Solutions. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed our Napoleon heat pump in a timely manner.

I have had a great experience with both Jack and Sean on separate occasions. Both are very professional and provided explanations of what they were needing to do and why. Once it was determined that a part needed to be replaced Sean went to bat with the manufacturer to have a entire new internal unit sent as it would be a 5 month wait for the part and we couldn’t possible go all summer without the a/c working. The dry function was keeping us cool but not as cool as we should be with the a/c working. So very happy that Sean was able to resolve an issue for me and go above and beyond to repair a unit that although the unit was under warranty the original installer wouldn’t provide service to (Sean hadn’t installed he unit). If you want great service I definitely recommend Antigonish HVAC Solutions, not only did they get the job done but as soon as the replacement unit arrived it was installed the next day.
