6 Stars. T-Mac Auto customer service is best in the business. I followed up to a business card on my door handle. Dan squeezed me into the scheduled me in the next day. He handled everything from start to finish. Contacted the insurance on my behalf and laid things out clearly for me. I had a wiper in need of replacing - he took care of this for me. I really appreciate the service they provided.

We caught a rock on Hwy. 4 on our way to Cape Breton so stopped in at T-Mac in Antigonish to get some advice on the damage (six-inch crack on the driver’s side of the windshield.) Dan immediately came out to take a look and help us. He was incredibly kind and professional, and gave us a great impression of Nova Scotians on our first day in this beautiful province. Although the representative was unable to help me with my specific request he was helpful and courteous on the phone. I took my van in to have the windshield replaced after an object on the highway bounced up and smashed the glass. I had an appointment a few hours away a day later, and luckily T-Mac fit me in at opening time, and fully replaced the windshield in just over an hour. The staff was polite, professional, and worked quickly, with exceptional customer service.
