Ive never given out a review before but i had to for this clown show. 3.5 hrs sittin in the room after waiting for 6 in the waiting room. In those 3.5 hours i got a bandage taken off and an xray on my thumb. They couldnt even come in the clean up the wound, relieve pressure under the nail or even toss a bandaid on to stop the bleeding. Go else where if you can

Today I had the worst hospital experience of my life. 3 hours to be turned away because their beds were full, when all I needed is a X-ray done. This hospital is a disgrace, the staff spend more time in their break room then doing their jobs, and have no problem breaking the hypocratic oath when it suits them. Every single doctor working here should have their licenses revoked.

This hospitals wait times is absolutly unacceptable, and a disgrace. Nobody at all for any reason should have to sit and wait anywhere from 6 to 18hrs to be seen by a doctor. Totally unacceptable when you can visibly see the nursing staff and doctor just sittin around chatting and laughing amongst themselves while people are waitings hrs to be seen. My spouse waited 6hrs with potentail blood clot and he couldnt handle the pain he was in any longer and just wanted to get home and lay down...he didnt get to see a doctor he had enough while others wers there long before him and those individuals were goin on 10hrs of waiting. Vending machine for snacks or drinks was broken, the lil gift shop to get a snack or a drink was closed. Why do we even have a hospital here when it doenst even serve the people that live here. Mist people know who the doctors are in this town and when you see them and other staff socializing while people are sick or something potentially serious like a possible blood clot are completely put on the back burner until it suits them to see patients. Close the place its doesnt serve the people who live here anyways. Wasting our tax dollars on a emergency service that dont even serve the public. What a joke and embarrassment to this town.

Last October in the area moose hunting I ended up in the ICU for ten days with an infection that came close to taking my life. Thanks to Dr. Kurki and the nurses in the ICU and everybody else for the great care I received. Good place to be if your sick.

Confusing place, busy people. Nobody told my girlfriend to empty her pockets before getting in the CT machine...

This hospital was the best I have ever been in. They are very caring, friendly and professional. I had a stay for one week and it truly was amazing. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the doctors and technicians were simply the best. The view from my room was breathtaking. Please keep up the great work.

So basically this could've been an ok review until my husband was transfered to ICU & had a nurse pulled straight out of the grounds of hell. Extremely rude woman grey shirt and magenta pants will update with name once I find it out , im not exactly sure what her issue was but there was zero need to be how she was towards me at all.

Update :

Promis after promis being broken. Having to beg for results on scans and tests, not even getting a full explanation, the nurse Camille in the icu doesn't know what drugs were given that worked for my husband so clearly nothing was document to help with the transition between nurses, my husband being pulled off oxygen, iv , catheter and heart monitor for 2 days, them not being worried about high blood pressure THE LIST GOES ON but I've already wasted enough of my time dealing with this poor excuse of a hospital I've contacted the CPSO in regards to this horrible "service" as they did not in my opinion do their job correctly. To the point we actually decided to sign an AMA and be discharged so I could transport my husband 5 hours to a hospital that not only has the means to care for my husband but it's closer to home and our children.

If anyone reads this review if you're from the area or visiting and fall ill if you can try to make it to a different hospital.
