The Pharmacist here are the best I have had the pleasure of being so lucky to tend to my pharmaceutical needs. They treat you like a person, not another annoying customer. I know it probably sounds absurd but I feel like they are my friends... My much smarter friends but they are all kind, funny, and great conversationalists. If you don't feel appreciated at your pharmacy.. change it. I'm telling you these lovely pharmacists are so worth it. You will not regret it. Unless you are just one of those impossible to make happy people... Then even these can't help lmao.

One star specifically for the computer department, I love the rest of the store. I came in to find a screen protector for my ipad, and when I had picked one I politely asked the older gentleman on the floor if someone could install for me as I'm usually useless at doing these. He answered with a price right away, ($20, just to install a screen protector) and continued to be quite rude for the rest of the time. He didn't look like he had any idea what he was doing. I left to go grab something else in the store that I needed, and when I came back he was finished. $60 later, I flip open my ipad cover and the protector was badly lopsided, several bubbles, and a couple of them with giant specks of dust under them. Thankfully the package came with an extra, I came home and installed a new one and managed do a far better job than he. No bubbles or anything. Ridiculous to charge me for installing a simple product that I am buying from you, nowhere else has done that to me. Won't be coming here for any computer services ever if this is going to be the attitude over a simple screen protector.

If you are looking to get Passport Photos done, the London Drugs Photo Lab is EXCELLENT. Located at the far left of the store, the service is friendly and professional. They use the same kind of screening check that Service Canada uses to review their photos - from lack of shine, proper height, straightness of the head, etc. I had my passport photo rejected twice before trying London drugs. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

Went to self checkout and the thing decided to stop working. I hit thr help button so the light above would blink. The cashier was busy with about 4 people at her til so I waited patiently. Noticed the person beside me was also having issues with the self checkout so and was looking around for help. The cashier was still busy with 3 people and her call for a backup cashier did not get answered. Imanaged to help her and when I looked back the cashier was done with everyone and was stocking shelves. When I called her over she became defensive stating she was alone. I understand she was alone my issue was that I had been waiting almost 10 minutes for her to come help me and she completely ignored the signal my self checkout was flashing. Not the best experience I've had coming to you store.
