Heather is the absolute best! I followed her from Barrie, and I followed her when she was at the other location before the act.

Her service is unsurpassed. She’s super talented and makes the whole experience. Awesome. She’s even great when I bring my daughter with me.

Been coming to her for years for haircut and style she seems to be the only stylist that knows exactly what to do with our hair type.

The entire team at Supercuts was awesome. I was in the salon for a few hours, as my niece received purple highlights in her hair. Donna did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this crew. They were very welcoming to everyone that came through the door.

With any stylist, bring a picture of what you’re thinking and when you’re there and they see your hair, you’ll figure out what works and what doesn’t for your hair type-love how honest they are!

This will be the last time I’d use this hair salon. Took my kid to get his hair cut today and the attitude I got from the hair dresser was out of this world. This lady ( I didn’t get her name, she has short dark hair. ) was so condescending and rude, I did not tip her. I never skip tipping, have always tipped at least 20% but not today.
From the very beginning, she said ‘ I can’t do this and that’ while my kid and I were trying to explain the style we want. And the tone she was using was outrageously condescending. When I asked her to cut some more length, she practically yelled ‘ This is why I asked exactly what you want. I have other customers to serve and can not do this!’
Well, we were there for about 20 minutes. The appointment was at 9:30 and my receipt has 9:56 on it. There was just one other customer who literally just walked in by then. He might’ve been a customer for the other hair dresser for all I know since the other blond lady hair dresser was the one who greeted him. So with waiting a bit before the hair cut and all, she spent about 15 minutes or less while no other people waiting but still rushed us. I really felt she did not deserve my hard earned money no matter how small amount it would be. I thought not tipping her would be my honest review itself so I wasn’t going to write one here, especially because I have no problem with other hair dressers who work there. But the more I think about it, the more upset I feel so I decided to leave a review.

I have not been to a Hair Salon for awhile. My hair was done by Trish. Lovely lady. Very friendly and did an excellent job. Will be back to get hair done again.

I was vacationing in Wasaga, but badly needed to fix my hair especially my bangs. I made an appt with Trish and couldn't have been happier. The cut and bangs were perfect and my hair was easier to manage.
