My mother was so happy at Bay Haven with the food, activities and people. In light of all the pressures, these people that work here are saints. When mom went palliative , you treated her with so much respect and dignity. We were both so fortunate to have experienced Bay Haven.

Bay Haven is a great caring place for Seniors.The staff are amazing.

Owner is arrogant, ignorant, self centered and very rude. I would never entrust the care of a loved one to an establishment run by someone like him.

People who work in places like this are amazing . To care for those with various needs and illnesses, knowing that they will never get better but are going out the door in a box, that takes a special kind of person. They deserve recognition for what they do. 👏👏

Please ignore ' the one star' as I have not yet visited Bay Haven ....it must be a computer glitch. I do look forward to visiting as my godmother is living there and she speaks highly of her new home. I will post again after visiting.

We went to visit my friend's grandmother. The place was warm and inviting. The residents were well cared for. There were many activities offered. Friendly staff.

Mom went in recently directly from the Hospital. The staff was and is nothing short of awesome with Mom and everyone there!! All our families are grateful for the thoughtful staff and support!!!
