J’ava Ma fille qui a mal au oreilles je me suis rendu là-bas à 4h50 et il ferment a 7h00 le samedi la réceptionniste m’a d’abord demandé c’es Quoi le problème après avoir dit que ma fille avait mal aux oreilles elle m’a répondu qu’elle prends plus de patients. ?!!!!!!!!

I am rating the family medical clinic of lakeshore yesterday i spent 44 min on hold waiting for someone to pick up i have proof of it the wait time as well around 46 mins a lady picked up and told me she will check something and brb at 49min on the phone she came back and just hung the phone she did not even bother to call back. I called back after 10mins another 15min wait then another lady finally and did help me get the appointment it was a call appointment the doctor hasn’t called yet okay no problem
Today i called them to follow up another 28 mins on the call then someone picked up and did not even say a word she just hung up and nothing is wrong with my phone so i know its not on my end. I took my sister’s phone to call to see if they picked up another 16 mins on hold someone pick up the phone doesn’t even say a word she hung up straight like that. Now i am calling back on my cell my sister’s cell always we are both still on hold
My sis is about 20min and i am at 12 mins .
They are really not helpful why would you hung up like that are you seriously trying to finish faster to go on your lunch ? Or do you just not wanna work?
If you don’t feel like working then just don’t let someone else that will do the job properly do it for you this is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I've been calling for a week now, hoping to get a rendezvous. from 7 am. by 7:20 they tell me that there are no places. Why do we need a clinic that calls itself walking and cannot accept a patient within a week? I have children in my arms and an incomprehensible chest pain. what solution

THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE NAMED AS DEATH SENTENSE HOSPITAL. STAFF ARE RUDE, ATTITUDE AND THEY TREATS PATIENT LIKE A HOSTAGE.
I RECENTLY HAD A MAJOR HEALTH ISSUE HAD VERY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND WAS DIAGONISED BY PNEUMONIA, I RUSHED TO LAKESHORE CLINIC TO AVOID LAKESHORE HOSPITAL AS I ALWAYS HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOSPITAL. CLINIC CHECKED MY PRESSURE, MY OXYGEN LEVEL BOTH ARE IN DANGOR ZONE... SO THE DOCTOR DID NOT ALLOW ME TO DRIVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL WHICH IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET. I ASKED WHY CANT I DRIVE I DROVE FROM MY OFFICE WHICH IS IN 40E NEAR ANJOU, BUT SHE CALLED AMBULANCE FROM CLINIC AND I WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL.. I WAS LYING ON STRACHER WITH PAREMEDS AND AFTER 10 MINUTES A YOUNG BOY ATTENDED ME.. CARELESS ATTITUDE RECORDED MY PRESSURE AGAIN, TOOK MY TEMPARATURE WHICH WAS HIGH AS WELL. SPOKE TO PARAMEDICS WHO HAD ALL THE INFO FROM DOCTOR ABOUT MY HEALTH CONDITION. I WAS THEN TOLD TO WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM IN THIS KIND OF DANGEROUS CONDITION. I WAS FEELING VERY SICK AND ALMOST ABOUT TO FAINT MY SISTER BESIDE ME HOLD ME AND WENT TO THE TRIAGE THAT PLEASE SHE IS FEELING VERY BAD THE GUY WHO WAS IN DUTY HIS NAME ADRIER MORIN DULEONE RESPONDED "QUOTE" WHATTTTTTTTTT"UNQUOTE"
MY SISTER WHO IS SUCH A POLITE GIRL TOLD HIM THAT CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK AS SHE IS IN A VERY BAD SITUATION HE SAID
"QUOTE" WE TOLD YOU TO SIT SO SIT WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE ARE READY"UNQUOTE"AFTER WAITING FOR 3 HOURS THE TRIAGE PAGED ME. I WENT INSIDE WAS NOT ABLE TO SPEAK, HARD TIME TO BREATH ALMOST ABOUT TO SIT ON THE CHAIR IN FRONT OF HER AND SHE RUDELY SAID "QUOTE" WHY YOU MOVED THE CHAIR, DID I ASKED YOU TO MOVE THE CHAIR, THE CHAIR STAYS WHERE IT IS AND DID NOT EVEN WANTED TO LISTEN TO ME. I SAID PLEASE CAN YOU BE LITTLE POLITE WE ARE SICK THAT IS WHY WE COME HERE FOR YOUR HELP AND IF YOU TREAT IN SUCH A WAY WE CANNOT FEEL GOOD. I DONT KNOW WHY IS SO WRONG IF I MOVED THE CHAIR TO BE LITTLE COMFORTABLE YOU DONT HAVE TO SPEAK TO ME LIKE SO LOW?
SHE SAID IF YOU TALK FURTHER I WILL LET YOU GO BACK TO WAITING ROOM AND YOU STAY THERE TILL DOCTOR COMES IN THE MORNING..
THAT IS EXATCLY WHAT SHE DID TOLD ME TO GO AND WAIT... WHOLE NIGHT I SUFFERED AND IN THE MORNING AT 8:30 I WAS CALLED BY THE DOCTOR.
ANYWAYS I HAVE SO MUCH TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCES IN THIS HOSPITAL. IN ONE WORD AS I STARTED THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE CALLED " DEATH PENALTY HOSPITAL"
