The receptionist is almost impossible to get a hold of. Keeps putting you on hold. Also they take ages to follow up, I had to keep calling on my own for a consult. I understand they must be busy, but they didnt respect their own given time frame.
Edit: When I finally booked an appointment and confirmed the date, I was told it was for another date in person. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing to be treated this way.
