Purchased a jet peel device . Once the device stopped working ( just over a year from purchasing, used it maybe 30 times tops ) . The technician came in and like wow the device is brand new , very good condition. I am like did we do anything for it to stop working . The technician says no , it’s a manufacturing thisng sometimes the connection is not proper . He fixed it in 5 min . Clarion charged me for it over $1200 saying oh devices break. Yes I understand devices break but why should I pay for a manufacturing issue. Don’t recommend. I will never buy devices from them in the future. I own many other devices for over 15 years and non of them gave me any issues before 5 years mark. Also when I was speaking about this issue with the manager , I told him I am not happy I will leave a review, he threatened to leave reviews to our business without being our client.

I had an outstanding experience with Clarion Medical from start to finish! Despite my age, I was always treated with respect and professionalism. My journey with them began over a year ago when I was just researching devices and prices. Today, I’m thrilled to have received my new Fotona XP Dynamis Laser machine, and the support I’ve had along the way has been second to none.

A huge shoutout to Kelly Conroy who was instrumental in guiding me through the sale and financing process and answering every minute detail during the sale. Shawn Argall’s expertise shone through in helping me grasp the technical aspects of my machine, and the fact that they conduct a maintenance check every 6 months is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction!

Lastly, our trainer, Gabriella Maldonado, was nothing short of exceptional. My entire team and I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions with her. She addressed all our questions and concerns with patience and clarity. I can’t praise her enough!

We have been clients of Clarion for many years. We were very disappointed with the service in the past few years, but now, with the new sales representative Martine, the service and attention has been extraordinary. I must say that the past 2 years, Clarion has really done a fantastic job of listening and catering to their clients. I do believe that with Martine and Miss Robinson, the National Aesthetic Skin Health Sales Manager, Clarion has a winning team.

Update: The customer service at Clarion Medical Technologies is absolutely horrible. Rude, crude and tactless. We had a customer rep for the past several years and we had a good working relationship. Anyhow, she left a few months ago and had to deal directly with the customer service at head office. Absolutely painful experience. They keep on confirming that they are having issues with their customer service because of the new employees. My question is why don’t they train them properly instead of continuously apologizing for their errors. Management isn’t any better.

I have been a customer of Clarion for 17 years. I have purchased several lasers and products from them including LightSheer, EndyMed 3 Deep, V2 Beauty Booster, SilkPeel Dermalinfusion, Teosyal Filler products, Colorescience products, Nuceiva neuromodulators, Obagi skincare, and will be soon purchasing the Fotona laser. Lumenis creates superior products which they distribute in Canada.

I have always worked with Nicole as my rep which has always been a great experience! She is honest, and never gives a pressure sales approach, and will always have your back and give you support and great advice for what your clinic needs. This is especially important if you are new to the business and are not sure which laser or even which treatments to start off with in a new clinic.

Jen is always a pleasure to work with as well, as she is the Toronto are rep and chatted with her many times about the industry and laser devices. She has been in the industry for several years and really knows her stuff!

I cant say enough things about Angela their clinical trainer. She has been in the industry as a Nurse and Clinical Educator for over 20 years and will give the best overview and instruction on how to use the equipment in a fun, informative and no-nonsense way. It takes years to learn and understand the fundamentals of laser services, and with Angela at your side you will have many 'a-ha moments' of understanding if you havent grasped laser theory before.

I have used their in service team for serving our equipment; they are fast and efficient. I have also used their in-house financing department and always handled everything with and professionalism. While I do miss some friendly faces at Clarion some skin reps and service techs that seem to come and go, I do appreciate the tenure and employment history of the glue of the company as well as I mentioned some names earlier.

The company stopped supporting the expensive aesthetic devices they sold us a few years ago and tried to force customers pay a ton of money to get a newer device instead. I dont recommend clarion for their beauty devices and support. Tens of thousands of dollars down the drain

I was a client of Clarion medical. Unfortunately, I had to leave the company because poor customer support. Fotona laser is fair machine, but Clarion failed to provide certificates of training, updated protocols, to name a few drawbacks.
