We have been using TRH for almost a decade. Our old review was removed for some reason. Time and time again, they fix older IFC and suction units. Their communication is top notch. If they can not fix something they tell you and do not let you get thousands of dollars into debt to fix something that is not fixable.

The latest heroic efforts was in March of 2024, for a 2023 Storz MP100 Shockwave unit. Please email my clinic if need more info. The unit was less than a year old. The all digital hand piece stopped working. Shockwave Canada claimed it wasn't under warranty as it was at 6mill hits and we would need to purchase a brand new hand piece without tube or bullet for 4 thousand CDN dollars as the current handpiece was not fixable.

We did this. Shockwave Canada tried to tell us they would be keeping the hand piece, we demanded it back. 4 months later when the "broken" hand piece was returned. We sent it to Tyler at TRH.

2 Weeks later the handpiece was fixed and in perfect working order for less than 400 dollars.

Moral of the story. If you have a SHOCKWAVE unit that needs to be fixed. Do not send back to Shockwave Canada. Send to TRH.

The simplicity with TRH is what sets them apart. The Shockwave Canada experience was horrible but they have a monopoly on the lower end "affordable" shockwave units and they make you think you do not have a choice. Well you do. TRH!

What a wonderful group of people. Tyler and Navneet went out of their way to make this experience pleasant when things kept getting worse. I ordered a part for my hi-lo table which was nearly impossible to find. It took over 3 months for it to arrive at TRH, which was very frustrating. Once it was shipped to me, the delivery slip was delivered to my office but not the package. The delivery company claimed that they delivered it to me which was not true. Tyler could have chosen to believe the delivery company but he chose to believe me and refund the full amount. I am super grateful for their excellent customer service. I will definitely work with this company again if I ever need any parts for my equipment. Thank you Tyler and Navneet.

I am so happy with TRH Services. They have provided solutions to all my clinic equipment needs. From supplying lead wires and parts, equipment repairs and purchasing new equipment, they do it all. They are honest, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend them!

We have used TRH for onsite services for yearly comprehensive preventive maintenance. Quote for this service was fair. It compared with what's out there for this service. The one star is for an email quote I received for a product. My issue with this quote was the missing "shipping fee". I believe in transparency for good business. So to my SUPPRISE when I saw the invoice with a shipping fee cost the same as the product, my initial gut feeling is "scam". Company came back with read the print below quote. Still doesn't feel right to me!
