Been calling for WEEKS trying to make an appointment with my doctor and get an automated message every time. I'm running out of my medications and the pharmacy won't give me any more refills until my doctor signs off on it but he is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, yet is still taking in new patients!

This place is a God damn joke and I highly recommend anyone who goes to this clinic to seek other opinions for any major diagnosis, my mother was in here on May the 6th for an appointment following up on test results (she had been seeing a doctor here previously) she passed away 2 days later on May 9, NOT once were we told of how bad her condition was untill her death at another hospital while my mom waited hours just to see a doctor here she should have been on hospice never was this even discusses at previous appointments with her, she lived and died in deep pain, as theses poor excuse for humans couldnt even write her a proscription for pain management meds for STAGE 4 CANCER!!!!

Very unprofessional. You need to change your hours on Google and your front of clinic poster. It said open from 1pm to 4 30pm

This is a huge oversize for a medical clinic. I just came from the hospital and need my doctor. I waited outside for 15minuts. After my 4th time calling I get an automated voice then I cannot leave a message at.

Awful clinic management and honestly these ladies at the front need to be replaced by people who care. Shame on you.

I am quite upset with the care the front desk ladies provide. The nurses were not up to date on office procedures and ended up losing a very important sample that we had waited over a month to even produce, and then failed to notify us about it until I called in 20 days after the fact. When speaking to the nurses and office manager, it was almost like we were shoved off and everything chalked up to not being up to date as there were “multiple policy changes over the course of three months.” My husband and I were told different things when we called in and spoke to the nurses which caused further confusion. After speaking to a referral clinic myself, I was able to get everything figured out for me and my husband without waiting another 1-2 months like what was being suggested. There was no offer from the nurses to help us further. Our doctor was very sympathetic and was able to refer us, but I was shocked with the negligence and disinterest of the entire situation.

They scheduled on a WEEKEND when they were CLOSED and waiting to hear back for an important update on health care is nothing short of anxiety inducing. Do better.

So far my experience has been good. They seem organized, though things get a little busy. Some of these reviews seem extremely unfair, giving a 1 star review when your issues happened at the hospital? Or giving a negative review when youve actually not been to the clinic or had an appointment? I would say that my appointment times have been swift and I have gotten help from the doctor and my concerns have been taken seriously.

Everyone from the receptionists and nurses to my my physician Dr. Jaco Vermeulen have been amazing so far. Been dealing with a work related issue, and it being time sensitive, they have all worked with me to get through this as quickly as possible. Very helpful so far, and it's getting me back to work sooner.
