Wow. I was in the other day and could not believe the lack of proffessionalism. A short guy with a hat was shouting at another employee in front of customers. I assume he was a boss of some kind and I could not believe he would treat his staff that way. If he treats his staff that way it makes you wonder how he treats customers. Would not recommend.

Don’t bother going by between 12 and 1 (lunch break) because they don’t have enough staff to cover each other. Friendly enough but seemed super disorganized and disinterested in helping with a part pick up.

Super friendly and Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help no matter what ridiculous problem you may have. Also, they will usually have other random parts and supplies kicking around or know where to get it quick when your in a bind. Best little gem in Stettler!
