They made 1 attempt to deliver my package to Lloydminster, then when I called their office, there is no answer and no call back from the voicemails. When I called head office customer service, they told me I would have to drive to Vermilion and pick it up. What an absolute joke of a company in comparison to their competitors.

my package was delivered to loomis Vermillion by mistake as it was sent to the wrong town. After numerous phone calls and voice messages for 3 days to try to get the shipment sent to the right town they ended up returning the package . They never responded to the voicemails or never called to let me know my package was there. Terrible service!!!

They went above and beyond what I was expecting from a logistics company to get me my package after there were some issues that were my fault, offering a handful of options to help get the package to me, I even got a little smiley face sticker on the box once I got it 🙂 Shout out to Catherine for the great service!

Talked to their customer service number. They were no help. I needed to know the time of the delivery so I could be at the location to recieve the delivery and they wouldn't give that information to me. Just said it would be between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. I asked for local terminal phone number and they don't give that out. Completely useless.
