I went to the clinic in the early morning right after opening, without an appointment for a non urgent but relevant matter. 2 people in front of me. Efficient receptionist, only 10 min wait to see Dr. Brown. Very friendly and detailed doctor. Provided good explanation, got me some blood work and a referral to an expert for a follow up.

I highly recommend this clinic for walk-in. They clearly have implemented an efficient process to minimize wait times, and other clinics should take example. Waited for less than 30 minutes, in the middle of the day, when a queue was already ahead of me. The registration was quick. The doctor was courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and the consultation was time-efficient. Their computer systems just works, it is linked up to BC medical history and prescriptions and whatnot (even though it was my first time there), and they know how to use it. You’ll be out of there and feeling better in no time.

The doctor with the British accent there ended up prescribing me something that I was allergic to, even though I stated my allergy directly - When I asked if this was the right medication Despite my allergy, he said yes. When I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacist, she said that she couldn’t give it to because if my allergy was strong, it could seriously injury me So after waiting hours for a walk-in appointment, I was left still in pain and with no medication. The doctor looked like he was googling in front of me what medication he should prescribe. Stay away, this place could literally kill you. The only thing good about it is that it was open, And maybe that’s not a good thing if they are misprescribing to patients.

Although this is a busy clinic, they do everything possible to help people. I am very impressed with Dr. Sharma and the reception staff. I hope that they will continue the great work they are doing to help people in need of medical help.

I've been visiting Grandville Medical Clinic for five years now, and every experience has been consistently positive. The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient, making check-ins straightforward. An added bonus is that they accept walk-ins.
My recent visit perfectly showcased their excellent service. I was promptly booked in by a friendly receptionist and then seen by Dr. Sunil Sharma. He was thorough with his questions and had a friendly, professional demeanor. I was particularly impressed that I walked out of the clinic within just 40 minutes, with both a prescription and a clear care plan in hand.

Finding doctor in Vancouver is hard, but this clinic was recommended to me, and my experience was good. Even with the rush and many people, everyone was friendly and kind. The receptionists worked well, and the doctors were nice. When I had a problem, they called me back fast. Also, I got a family doctor, and I am happy about it !

Top notch walk in medical clinic. Professional, organized, very thorough. Yeah you wait an hour but just go get a coffee..that is standard with any walk in clinic. Opens really early so you can still make it to work if need be. They are doing a great job in a broken system 😊

This was my first time at Granville Medical Clinic this morning .
The receptionist was very efficient ,the waiting area is small but quiet and clean.
After 40 minutes I was able to see Dr.Dhaliwal. He was very polite and patient , not rushing to leave for the next patient.
The clinic is attached a pharmacy and the pharmacist was very helpful to look up my insurance policy and she was very knowledgeable to answer all my concerns about the medicine.
I’ll definitely recommend this walk-in clinic.
