Was made very clear unless I bring CASH to see a dr & CASH for paperwork needed for disability there's zero help there. I'm nothing more then a pay check. Outright refused to bill assistance said they don't pay the bill to go get cash & come back if I want to see a dr. Told me don't stress not having my COPD puffers heart medication diabetic medication an many others isn't a big deal. Even though I showed the receipt of getting my new Brunswick medical card (was told could take up to 8 months to receive the physical card due to back log & that the receipt would act as the health card until it arrived from people at NB services, however according to the intake at the front of clinic that's an outright lie & he can't bill the government for the visit so he wouldn't get paid) so I'm not welcome until I get my physical card or find a way to get cash in hand to pay to see his dr and pay to fill out paperwork I'm just trash. I'll NEVER go back again! Id rather wait & use Telus health over my phone now that I know in their eyes I'm not a human at all, I am only a cash now paycheck as he stated this over & over many times. Completely unreal.

Thank God for this clinic. At least yu know for sure yu will see a doctor.
They are very friendly and totally devoted to their patients. I lift up my hat to them because they can go thru 50 to 60 people per clinic and that for me is amazing.
I dont care if yu dont wear a mask or if the kids run around.. the most important thing is to finally see the doctor and be served with a smile and a lot of empathy and comprehension. I can guaranty they will take good care of yu. Ive been 3 times to the hospital and waited 12 hours and still did not see a doctor. So please be greatful for this clinic and stop complaining!

There's 0 mask enforcement, the wait is grating because kids are allowed to run around being loud and getting in your personal space.

I witnessed an elderly lady be turned away at 4:36 I know the time because it struck me as cruel and I made a time stamp note of it. She was told they'd close in half an hour, the information online says 7 pm. They actually saw the last patients at 5:45 pm. There was more than enough time to see this elderly woman. No one else showed up after her.

What a sad thing in Canada to be denied healthcare I am sure the paid into for 60 or 70 years via taxes. Better than the hospital but that's not saying much. The doctor was polite but my experience is not universal.

Its veen 2 years i try to have request for a couple test and doctor so rude amd never what to do it. Now i have a lot of problem and cant be heal. If he do something before , i would probably be fine now.
