The phone system is archaic! You are told to leave messages but then there is never any room left on their answering machine. IF, you are lucky enough to get through, the doctor doesn’t call back anywhere near your appointment time and sometimes they don’t call back at all. Plus the turnover of doctors at this clinic is atrocious. I had the same doctor for 35+ years and now I’m on my fourth since then. You cannot develop a healthy doctor-patient relationship this way so heaven help you if you have a serious illness.

Talked to Dr. Allah Saturday, and the guy even didn't call in my prescription i requested. Been trying to call ever since but it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is FULL🤣🤣

Doctors don't have a clue, are not thorough whatsoever, and the receptionists don't ever answer the phones.
