Sorry but what have you been doing in that room for so long? My dad died because they took too long to give us service. This is literally a suicide hospital here.

My dad was brought here while we were visiting Saskatchewan, and it is one of the best hospital experiences we have ever had. Kind and caring staff, great paramedics, and just an all round good experience. Thank you all for being so great.

The staff were so amazing. I had to drive a long way at night in the winter to arrive at the hospital. When I got there I knew I would likely not have enough gas for the return trip. There was nowhere in maple creek to buy gas that late at night. Nurse Mike heard I was in a tight spot and freely gave me a Jerry can of fuel so I could make it back safe.

If you have an emergency and go to the er, you might be turned away due to them being busy.

I went in for a problem that happened suddenly to me after regular hours.
The staff looked after me immediately. Tests were ran, a doctor was called and I got to watch a dedicated group of professionals work like a high performance team.
I am grateful for their attention to my needs and left with knowledge and piece of mind.

Tried making an appointment got told it was 3 days away, the day before the appointment we call to confirm the time. Then they say we never had an appointment, every time I’ve came to the hospital I get sent to Medicine Hat. I had a IV I needed taken out and they sent me to the hat. Why not just make it a uber service since that’s the most they do… is drive you to the hat.
