Pharmacists are always super helpful and accurate. Only downside is that you have to plan pickups as they are very busy so sometimes it takes a little while for a script to get filled

C'mon, if you have an employee that can barely speak english, please don' t let them answer the phone. was a pretty difficult conversation because she had such a heavy indian accent.

My wife and I were at pharmasave, martensville to get a passport photo clicked. Kenzie, the photographer was pleasant to talk to and she was patient. She knows her job well. Kudos to her and the team for such good customer service excellence 👏 well done 👏

The hours are great. I have been having issues lately though where my prescriptions are not ready on time, or get entirely forgotten and are not filled at all. If I need to pick up something like insulin, coming from out of town, I need to know it's going to be ready, especially if I have been told it will be ready. I'm usually calling a day ahead already.

4 stars to Pharmasave itself. Staff are friendly, good prices, happy to help if you can't find things.

The pharmacy staff need a reality check. Calling in prescriptions at 9:00 a.m. and not having them done by 6:00 p.m. when they tell me I can pick them up in an hour... Jeez. This happens constantly. I never rush my prescriptions, they are always phoned in way ahead of time and they are NEVER READY.

I understand medical professionals these days are squeezed thin, but I've started filling my scripts in a pharmacy in the city because I don't have to wait another 20 minutes to have it ready cause they are ready when they say it's ready.

Edit: I will admit that the pharmacy staff seem much more friendly these days. I still think you should fill a script in the time you advise it will take though. It's pretty frustrating to be running errands and have to wait 20 minutes (and God forbid you tell them you will be back for it, they won't fill it until you come back to ask them for it).

I am continually impressed with the Martinsville pharmacy, the store staff is great great but the pharmacy staff is exceptional! They always go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, questions and requests. The store has a really great selection of gifts and unique items as well.

The martensville location is the worst. I truly dislike this pharmacy.. I've been taking the same medication for about 15 years but yet I still need a "talking to" every single month trying to renew my prescription.. it's on file guys I know how it works by now!!
everyone of the girls talk to me in a very condescending manner and treat me rather rudely. Last time I called I was put on hold for over 20 minutes... They have no concept of empathy or respect when it comes to their customers.. absolutely horrible for someone dealing with mental health.. I will be pulling my prescriptions and going to a different pharmacy can't stand the treatment anymore!!!!
