J'ai parlé au médecin pour le renouvellement d'une ordonnance. Comme j'avais oublié de fournir le numéro de fax de ma pharmacie, le médecin n'a pas pu donné suite à ma demande. Je vais faire une autre demande bientôt. Merci

I slept wrong on my neck last night (very basic) and just wanted to know if I should apply hot or cold compress. So I booked an appointment. I had issue with the link not connecting me to the doctor. I contacted them and they said I need to go to a walk in clinic. A huge waste of time.

Ginormous waste of time. I waited in virtual waiting room (webpage) for an hour to see the doctor after receiving a text message that I was next in line. Seemed like longer than it should take, but I understand wait times. No problem.

When I met with the doctor he did not know what I was there for and could not find my results. He then told me that admin had accidentally made me two charts. They had not uploaded my results into either one of my charts.

Doctor said he would call me back soon. It was 11/1130am when we ended conversation. I waited all day and never received a call or message. At that point, I decided to ditch this inadequate service as I have had admin issues in the past with Cover Health. They would not send my results to my doctor unless I saw referring doctor. Ended up printing my blood results online and taking them to my MD.

I then receive an email that I need to pay to go further and see cover health doc as I am non-Ohip…….I am covered by OHIP.

Totally ridiculous waiting time, admin inadequacies and they don’t even have a number to call. You have to send a message and then probably a few follow up to get a response of any kind.

Beware!!! This company is a complete scam. Charged twice for appointments without a doctor showing up. Once the doctor showed up 40 minutes late, and they charged me for a no-show. The next, they cancelled the appointment, though I was still charged. Now I am going through disputes with my credit company to reverse the charges. I hate this company

FINALLY, i got the appointment and had video conversation with doctor and got my prescription too. it took me 4-5 days to get to same day appointment OHIP covered.

The website is always glitching. They were great during Covid. Although for the past year and a half I haven’t been able to book an appointment without going through via email because their booking system/ website is always glitching.

I used this service to have a prescription refilled. The instructions in the appointment are not valid. No "button will appear" and the session will end with no response from anyone. Though a doctor should call within 2 hours of your appointment. Out of 5 appointments, I was called twice. The "chat with us" feature does not work, I have used it half a dozen times. It tells you we "will reply shortly", but, they will never reply. The same with email, you will receive confirmation emails, but, they will never reply if you have any questions or try to contact them through email. If it is a new service, perhaps they are working out the kinks. if it is an established service, it leaves a lot to be desired. 3 stars for being able to refill a prescription when you have no family doctor, and no other avenues to get it.

I have been vomiting few days unable to go anywhere and the doctor responded promptly have to update pharmacy.
