I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently in words for all that Richard had done for my Mom.
She has moved here from Ontario at the age of 95. We were gifted a wheelchair for her by friends; that needed a few modifications for my Mom.
Richard came to our home a week ago on a Saturday evening at 6:30pm, not in his regular working hours.
He assessed her in the chair and suggested what needed to be done.
I dropped the chair off the following Monday expecting there to be a few hundred dollars worth of work to be done.
Richard called me 2 days later to inform me it was completed and ready for pickup.
When I went to pick it up I was stunned to learn that there was no charge for the modifications.
Richard, we have truly been blessed by your kindness towards my Mom.

Most inhumane treatment from a company. WCB bought my husband a lift chair it was $4600. He had back surgery. Eco medical delivered a floor model. It stopped working after a week. I called and the receptionist was extremely rude and knew nothing about the chairs! I asked for someone who knew about the chair she hung up slamming the phone down on me. They got a worker to come, he gave him a new remote said here try this and left. After a week the chair seized in the upright position, they told us someone would come get the chair to be fixed. She said it would be 2 week wait, my husband got upset and she exclaimed “it’s not like you paid for it anyway..” The day came no one showed up we called, the receptionist laughed and said, “oh nobody called you? We are short staffed and have no one who can go get it!” We asked when they could come get the chair, she said she didn’t know we asked to talk to a manager, a man came on and says no one swears at his staff and slammed the phone down. Never in my life have we been treated so bad by a company. They should really learn respect towards people!

Staff always go out of their way to help everyone who walks through their doors! Rob is so knowledgeable and helpful with problem solving and making sure the best and safest solution is achieved! They have an impressive stock as well! Happy to support local!
