Not shocked to see the other reviews are so negative. This used be a very nice, professional clinic that I enjoyed visiting but not as of late. I went in for my appointment 7 days post partum and was told my appointment didn’t exist. I had booked it on the phone with someone directly so was very upset. They did not accommodate me and sent me home to rebook. Last week I was referred to Dr. Pandy and my experience was nothing short of horrible. The moment I walked in the English receptionist told me I had to pay 100$ for a missed appt and when I tried to explain my end and why that wasn’t correct she spoke with attitude and disrespect. If it wasn’t for needing to see a doctor I would have walked out then. She took me to the room and continued to be short and blunt with me. Once Dr. Pandy walked in the first thing I did was apologize for the confusion and she did not seem to appreciate that. She cut me off and let me know that it’s indeed my fault and that her staff are correct. Even if they were in the right I didn’t feel heard or respected thus far. I spent the remainder of the appointment feeling uncomfortable and staying quiet. Once I finished I returned to the receptionist and just asked if everything was cleared up? She demanded I sit in the waiting room and wait to speak to someone else about my
Bill. I told her my baby and mother were waiting in the car and because my appointment was over I was going to be leaving and that they can contact me on the phone if needed. I left feeling very targeted and confused.

Not all staff at this location are unpleasant as I’ve had nice experiences with most especially Dr. Munsamy but as for these other two ladies I suggest steering clear.

This rating does not reflect the doctors themselves, but the staff at the front desk.

On many occasions I have called in and booked appointments only to get a call day of that the doctor is not in the clinic.

I was told by my Doctor I no longer needed to come in for 3 month follow ups in my prescriptions as I had been on them for quite some time. The pharmacy sent over 3 renewal/refill requests, well before I needed them. I got one filled and the other 2 were missed, when I called the clinic to follow up they said the doctor was gone for the week. I was told to get the pharmacy to give me a 1 week fill till he was back. When I called on the day the office told me to, he again was not in. To which point both people I talked to were very rude, and booked me for a phone appt the following day.

I missed the call, as it was booked for 1:50 pm and they called at 1:00pm. When I phoned back they said he had sent my prescription in. The pharmacy then says they only gave me 1 week, I called the office and they told me that's all the pharmacy requested. I called today and got a completely different story, that that means the doctor wants to see me. I am now without 2 medications and was rudely told that my reasoning for requesting a quick phone call wasn't good enough. Unless I am unable to get myself to the office due to medical reasons that he would not make a phone call appointment, even though I had one last week that they did not ask his permission to book.

I love my doctor. Even the person who referred me has had many issues and complaints towards the front staff, from her and her partner. Their treatment of patients is unacceptable, if it weren't so hard to find a good doctor, or a doctor at all for that fact, I would not be returning.

I have called multiple times on this issue and each time, they get rude and short with me and the conversation ends with me still out of medication and no answers.

Trying to book an appointment at this clinic is nothing short of an exercise in frustration. On three separate occasions, we have booked appointments, made arrangements to be away from work, shown up at the clinic, only to be told that our family doctor isn't in or isn't available.

On Thursday last week, I booked an appointment, confirmed the same and then today, received a call less than two hours before the appointment only to be told that the doctor wasn't going to be available and that I had to reschedule. I appreciate that doctors have lives as well, but the fact that the excuse we've been provided with each time is around their "booking system", it would seem to me that the clinic either needs to get a new booking system or to train their staff on how to use it and how to check the calendars in advance.

The irony of course is that the clinic sends out notes to say that if the patients cancel with less than 24 hours notice, they will charge the patient a fee. It's really too bad that patients can't charge the office a fee when the office cancels last minute because given that we're now up to 4 appointments that have been cancelled by the clinic last minute, I'd probably have enough to go out for dinner somewhere nice.

Clinic: the clinic is clean and well maintained. The rooms are always kept warm which is appreciated when I bring in my toddler. It’s rare that we’ve ever waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room.

Clinic staff: it’s often hard to get through when calling but the staff seem quite busy between working the front desk and prepping patients. They have all been very kind while we have attended the clinic.

Doctor: my family all sees Dr. Pandey and she has been incredible. It’s extremely hard to find a family doctor right now and we lucked out to find Dr. Pandey when we did. She recently returned from maternity leave and it has been easy for us all to get appointments to see her. Before her leave she gave lots of notice and was transparent with us about the difficulty of finding coverage at that time. While she ultimately wasn’t able to find coverage for her patients (which was not at all her fault), the clinic staff was accommodating while she was away in our experience. We are so happy Dr. Pandey is back and are lucky to have such a dedicated healthcare provider!

GP went on maternity leave, the clinic dumped her patients (myself included) and made no effort to transfer them. I waited patiently for the GP to return and now have been told she's already fully booked. Reception does not know her schedule and refuses to help, I was directed to an online booking feature that doesn't list my GP as an option. I called back and reception told me they can't help, I need to check every day in the off chance she DOES put up her schedule and allow the online booking tool to function.

Completely unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable business practice for this location. I'm actively looking for yet another GP because this level of gross administrative incompetence is completely beyond comprehension.

Go ANYWHERE else, even if you are going to a walk-in clinic. Do not, I say again, do NOT go to this location for anything.

Unfortunately for some patients at this clinic, when Dr. Pandey went on parental leave, no one else at the clinic was willing or able to cover for patients who no longer had a doctor to see.

I understand that sometimes situations like this are unavoidable.

However, after learning that Dr. Pandey was back, I called, spoke with a receptionist and made an appointment. Today when I showed up for my appointment I was told that Dr. Pandey was unavailable and that I "must not check my voicemail."

I checked my voicemail ahead of going to the clinic. I also received two SMS messages confirming my appointment, one last week and one two days ago.

Again, I understand that there are times when appointments must be cancelled. It would be useful to use the SMS reminders to let people know if appointments are cancelled. Or use e-mail. Or actually speak with the patient.

When I have been able to see Dr. Pandey in the past, she seemed professional and caring. But based on my experience of the last year or so, I'm not able to actually get appointments with a doctor at this clinic.

Will have to look for a new family doctor I guess.

I phoned Kingsridge Medical to inquire if they were taking in new patients. With expressing my interest in the clinic, I also wanted to get some background information on negative Google reviews. Because if I am looking for a clinic to call home I want to know what I’m getting myself into.

I was dealt with nothing but kindness and compassion from one of the medical staff, Rita. She informed me at this time the clinic isn’t accepting any new patients, but she went above and beyond by giving me options to clinics I can look into. She made me feel seen, heard and valued with my health concerns even though I wasn’t a patient at Kingsridge. She has a very special way of conversing over the phone. I don’t get that experience much of time when I phone medical clinics.
When I told her of the Google reviews She explained with such professionalism and clarified without bias. That is commendable. Therefore, has my respect for that.
There are four different medical offices that share the same main floor (Kingsridge and Precision Pulmonary Diagnostics) and unfortunately some of the reviews are on a couple different doctors across the hall that no longer work there. Even though Kingsridge is not taking any new clients as of now. I had a positive experience over the phone. That speaks volumes to how service will be like in person at the clinic.
They are not taking on any new clients as of now, but it’s worth calling in the future to be a client added to Kingsridge. Cheers to Rita for her phenomenal communication skills! She is a gift to the healthcare industry ❤️

We’ve been to this clinic around 6 times combined between my husband and I. There has not been a single time where the people we have encountered at this clinic have been welcoming or even somewhat polite. We both have seen Dr. Mbonu and have been shocked at the lack of bedside manners and lack of attention to detail. Today, my husband had a missed call from the clinic, called back about 10 minutes after the missed call had taken place and the receptionist said, “Yeah, we didn’t call you.” When my husband politely tried to explain he had just missed a call, she hung up. Would absolutely not recommend.
