I’ve been seeing Dr. Badiru for over a year, and she always goes above and beyond—even calling to follow up after appointments. She’s not only an amazing doctor but also incredibly kind and caring. I always feel comfortable with her, which is so important to me, and she truly takes the time to listen. ❤️🏥

Called twice today and the same rude receptionist answered the phone. She is very cold and dismissive. If you’re that rude and miserable over the phone, maybe you shouldn’t work in the healthcare system. They act like you’re bothering them each time you call.

Answering the phone is how the clinic gets bookings and business is being made. The owners really need to speak to their staff about phone etiquette. Upon reading the reviews, it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one complaining about this and the reviews go on for years about patients complaining about the same thing. Where is the management in all of this? Please get a hold of your staff to be kinder.

Best doctor and doctors clinic I have ever had. Always willing to help in any way they can and always willing to accommodate in any way they can. Staff is always welcoming and I leave every time feeling like the doctors and the staff genuinely care about me and my family!

Are they even open?! I’ve been trying for weeks to get through via phone. I had to get a new family doctor at another clinic just to be seen for follow up bloodwork. I tried to bring my daughter in for an infected bug bite on her ankle and again could not get through despite trying at least 30 calls daily for 3 days before I was forced to go elsewhere. My partner ran out of his prescription and needed a refill but also was unable to get through by phone. He even went to his pharmacy who put 3 requests in and a week and a half later still nothing. He’s now completely out of his meds and driving across the city to go into the clinic just to try to get some kind of appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous, you can’t leave a voicemail either.
I used this speak very highly of gateway, referred many friends and family. I don’t know what had happened over the last few years but they need to address their phone issue. They’re about to lose 3 patients as a result.

Dr. Olatunji is a very attentive and great doctor. He has helped with trying to figure out symptoms. With his knowledge and his understanding. He has helped with prescribing treatment and healing from it.

Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr.s at this clinic! I have been seeing Dr. Badiru for over a year and I have definitely hit the jackpot. She is so kind, caring and incredibly thorough. Her nurse Nina is also fantastic. I have never felt so at ease going to a medical appointment. I am so thankful to be a patient here, thank you for all you guys do!!!

Dr. Olatunji is awesome! Very patient, he makes sure I understand the issue and is flexible / willing to explore the best treatment options.

The staff is also great here. They managed my file transfers over the phone and called back to double-check everything was in order. I wasn't rushed when I needed further information, which was also nice.

I do have a hard time reaching the front desk for appointments sometimes, but then I return the favor and exercise some patience. I hear Canada is short-staffed everywhere in clinics and hospitals.
