Incredible experience from entering to exiting. Front staff were friendly and easy to talk to. I have seen both Maria and Myriam for relaxation massages and left feeling so much lighter and calmer each time. Both were incredible and attentive the entire time. Can’t wait to go back again!

My massage was very good. This review is about the business which Sunlife will not provide coverage for, they know this but are very misleading in their communications. The receptionist even said when I left that if I had issues when I submitted to Sunlife to let them know and they would try to help (this seemed a strange parting message but was a good hint about what was to come). When I follow up after Sunlife declined the claim for reimbursement they initially provided a misleading reply then just stopped replying.
I feel bad for their staff as it had been a positive experience.

Went to Mahalo yesterday for a much needed deep tissue massage. Maydee was fantastic! I was having issues sleeping lately due to some very sore leg muscles but after my 90min massage I felt so much better (she even found muscles I didn’t even know where sore) and I finally slept great last night. Very nice front desk staff as well, was helpful with questions I had about some of the other services they offer. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

First visit here and I have to echo JL’s review. Maydee was excellent. I asked for deep and it was ocean deep. Amazing pressure. First she worked me over then she relaxed me to the point that I was fighting to stay awake. Front staff was super friendly. If you fill out the online intake forms it’s very quick to get you in. Great spot!!

Was a great experience. I recently got into a car crash (whiplash) and was trying to recover quickly as I play high level sport. I had Maria and she was nothing but kind and respectful. After every session I started to feel very noticeably better. Maria would also I always check in with me during the massage to see if the pressure was okay and if I was comfortable. I’m fully recovered now and it’s all thanks to her. She is such a sweet lady and I will definitely come back if I have another injury.

They get one star because the massage was decent. I was advised after my massage that the therapist they booked me with wasn't covered by my insurance company. I was also charged $14.25 more than the introductory rate I was quoted. Additionally, the receptionist tried to tell me it was my fault for not letting them know which insurance company I was with before I came. I did complain to the owner and there was no resolution other than "it's an internal issue". There was no acknowledgement of being overcharged or deceived with the price I was quoted.

I've had a few massages now at Mahalo and each visit has been really restorative. I go for the graston and always leave feeling well taken care of. Carmen also takes the time to let me know what she found and what she recommends as far as after care.
Having been in a car accident over a year ago, the care I receive at Mahalo is incredible and greatly appreciated.
