While my experiences with Kayla, NP have been excellent (she is lovely, informative, and professional), I sadly too have been sorely let down by the administration at Harmony family Health Clinic. I’m feeling as though while I technically on paper have a family health care provider, I don’t in actuality. I recently had my daughter in June and following her two week check up appointment (which Kayla wasn’t even available for, so I saw a different NP in office), there was no one at the front desk (a very normal experience) for me to rebook for her following checks. I have since called no less than 10 times over the past 6 weeks and never once gotten through to reception. I have tried leaving numerous voicemails which are getting ignored. I tried using the online booking system but there were no appointments available in the timeframe I need for my baby. My two month old now has no wellness checks, which is important for obvious reasons. I highly, highly recommend finding a medical administrator who can work more regular and consistent hours and who will improve this situation. While I understand family health care providers are in massive demand in St. Albert, I still don’t think this excuses or justifies such horrible reception and lack of care.

Terrible experience with this clinic very unreliable. We had to book three "meet and greets"with Lincoln Taylor because he called in sick THREE times within a time span of two in a half months. Our first appt was booked the beginning of June we drove all the way from sherwood park in rush hour and the clinic was closed for our appointment time they never called to inform us appointment was cancelled and then never tried to accommodate us made us wait another three weeks for another appointment. Then called and cancelled the second appointment made us wait another couple weeks to rebook. Then the third time called us the day of our appointment to inform us our appointments have been cancelled for the third time. Not to mention the receptionist is very rude and rarely ever answer's the phone. If your looking for a medical practitioner look elsewhere as this clinic has no consideration for peoples time or health. Ive had two surgeries within this time frame and was really counting on this appointment. Complete waste of time. Ive worked as a medical office receptionist for over twenty years and I've never seen a practitioner call patients to cancel three time in a row. Very unprofessional.

Do NOT book here!!!!
1. Reception is EXTREMELY rude. They work 2 days a week at best, never answer the phone and never speak with an ounce of respect
2. The clinic has rebooked my intake THREE times now, once without even informing me. No apologies. Nothing.
3. They phoned my spouse and told him his appointment was at 10 AM. he arrives at 10, they changed it to 9:30 without his knowledge, then refused to let him leave the clinic until he paid $50.

Starting to believe this clinic is a scam! Go anywhere but here!!!

I was really excited for my appointment with Kayla (that I booked 3-4 months in advance), but unfortunately, I missed it completely by accident. I called in and they informed me that I would be charged a $50 fee to reschedule.

1) When I asked if they send reminder emails for appointments, they confirmed they do, but they didn’t take my email address at the time of booking, so I never received one.

2) During the phone booking, no one mentioned this $50 fee, which seems like a key detail to have shared upfront.

3) When I called today to discuss it, the person on the phone said that the fee was listed on their website. However, I didn’t book through their website, nor did I even look at it beforehand, so that’s not really helpful in this case.

Overall, I feel like there were a few important details missed during my booking process, and I’m disappointed that they want to penalize me for something I wasn’t properly informed about. Because of these issues, I will not be rebooking with them.

Lincoln Taylor is a wonderful nurse practitioner and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. He takes the time to listen and their clinic tries to accommodate you as quickly as they can when your unwell. I feel very lucky to have gotten my family under his care.

I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Kayla, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. I get "white coat syndrome" and Kayla made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I am no stranger to nurse practitioner care and can say without a doubt that I have received better care and support from them than half the doctors I have seen. I am glad to have found Kayla and her team.

Have only gone through the intake but it was a great experience meeting Lincoln. He was very knowledgeable from our brief meeting and was very personable.

Kayla Cheung is lovely! She listened to my health history, reviewed previous test results, asked about current health concerns - without judgement. She booked the appropriate follow-up. Altogether very happy with our initial meeting

on another note, Summit is awful for parking so ensure you give yourself plenty of time to find a spot.
