Needed a couple grid walls and related accessories, and not only was I able to select next-day pick-up. The price for what I ordered is reasonable compared to other locations, and the product was perfect, and packed well. The customer service person even helped me load it into my car. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a $25.00 "delivery" charge, even though I picked up the product in-person. I have never had such a steep fee for ordering a product online and picking up in-person--if there's a fee at all.

They have some things you can't find anywhere else. Mostly, they have over-priced supplies of any kind imaginable. You buy $50 worth in a decade, and they will send you hundreds of dollars worth of their catalogues until you die, and beyond. Is it any wonder they charge so much?

I love this place, so organized and I never had an issue with my order and the people are always nice.

They lose one star for wasting paper and continuously hand out catalogs for every order you make, plus they mail you one every year. Think of all the trees and processing just to have it go straight to recycling. 😞

have removed my company from their mail list numerous times over 3 years and they still send us the magazine. It is a huge waste of paper! stop sending them!

Super convenient and easy to get to from Route 216. The staff filled our order quickly and efficiently. The warehouse is neat and tidy. The doors easy to back up to for loading.

I ordered small boxes at $21.98 for pickup in St. Albert and ended up getting a “handling” fee of $25 extra charge, this charge is due to congestion at their docks and will be charged on orders $300 and under. First, before I ordered I did check with staples not in supply, Amazon was actually a lot more expensive and delivery not right away. Listen not one time that I was there picking up did I see any “congestion” at the dock further more the time of pickup you have to choose so if there is any backup at the docks that’s on them not me! How does that constitute as my problem if anything the tardiness is within the building pulling the product in a timely matter, second, I am a small 1 person business who tries to be proactive by ordering a bundle at a time to save money, I cannot afford to order over $300 of product I probably will not use just to make sure I don’t have a $25 handling fee. Now if they would charge the fee on people who did not meet their pickup time that perhaps show up the next day, then I can see that. Maybe if Uline needs to save some money they should stop sending out the 1” thick catalogs monthly after being repeatedly told to stop.
So on this note, I now have to find alternative solutions because I cannot afford to shop here!
